Luke Winterfold - Child of My Own To play a part in anyone’s music is an honour, but somehow always a little more so when you know how much a song means to an artist. Child of My Own is the 2nd single from @lukewinterfold ‘s upcoming EP. In his own words: “This very personal song is a conversation to little Luke, my inner child and transitions into a vow to a child I may have of my own one day. It’s a reminder to all who have endured some sort of childhood trauma to nurture your current self and take comfort in the person you have become, enabling you to heal the little version of you who may have once been struggling.” Written, performed, recorded and produced by Luke Winterfold @lukewinterfold @lukehollingworth Bodhrán performed by Daryl Ingleton @d.i.percussion Mixed by Ashley Krajewski @akmix.wav Mastered by Chris Pavey @chrispaveymastering Artwork shot by Phillip Murrow

Exciting News…. I would love to share with you a project I was involved with where I was commissioned to write a new educational song for @aquafreshuk for their Shine Bright Campaign. I love creating musical educational resources, songs and workshops so this was a pretty awesome opportunity to create an engaging song to help children clean their teeth. I was invited to Whimple Primary School to accompany Martin Staniforth (Laughing Phoenix) to deliver a workshop which brought it all to life and could see the engagement in real time! So introducing to you @aquafreshuk Shine Bright: Brushing your teeth doesn't have to be boring! This simple, catchy song makes it easy to learn the right way to brush. Perfect for morning or bedtime routines. Press play, grab your Aquafresh toothbrush and toothpaste and let's go! #Linkinbio https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC16Foirno3V4V-d_BNT0_qg ⭐️Written & Produced by Laura Loft ⭐️Performed by Laura Loft & Jay Scott-Hamilton @westcountryrhythm with voice over artist Hattie Brown @harriettyb ⭐️Recorded at Lark Studios with Dave Cannell @larkstudiosco ⭐️Mix Engineering by Felix Bush @felix_outside ⭐️Mastering by Chris Pavey Mastering @chrispaveymastering #aquafresh #shinebright #brushyourteeth #children #educational #music #commission

It’s here.✨ By The Water, my debut original EP is finished. Release day for online streaming is Friday 30th October, 6 weeks from today. But for anyone who wants to hear it sooner, you can buy an old-school CD copy now, and play it as imagined, in the car on your next roadtrip. All songs written on various cliff wanders and country lane drives over recent years, and brought to life exactly as I envisioned with the help a few incredibly talented individuals. Huge thanks to these 3 people: To @jonkensington for the endless laughs, deep chats and biscuits whilst co-writing tracks 1 & 2. To Aylwin Steele at @the_tape_shed for his production and musical genius in laying down every instrument individually, for the good coffee on tap, and for tolerating my perfectionism and “dilly-dallying”. And to @chrispaveymastering for his final magic touch. Better late than never, this has been a long time coming, but hopefully just the start. I’m pretty proud of it, and I hope you like it too. 🌻 #bythewater #eprelease #songwriters #newartists

Part of Me is out now 🌻🌱💌 I wrote Part of Me as a journaling exercise while sitting in my garden, watching the leaves of a tree sway in the wind. Pouring my thoughts onto paper helped quiet my mind, and before I knew it, I found myself writing about that tree. The way its branches moved, the shape of its trunk, the crisp sound of its leaves, and the sense of calm it gave me. Without realizing it, I became present. That feeling stayed with me, and somewhere along the way, the notes in my journal turned into a song. Life gets busy, and it’s so easy to spend more time living in tomorrow than in today. We worry about the future until we lose the peace that’s right in front of us. Part of Me is my reminder to slow down and be present, even though I know that’s easier said than done. It’s also my way of thanking the tree in my garden for saving me from my own thoughts more times than I can count. In its own quiet way, it became a part of me. I hope this song gives you a small piece of the peace it gave me. As always, thank you to the wonderful people without whom my art would not exist in this form. production @andyhorjea artwork @elepiaproductions master @chrispaveymastering special thanks to @afeechy for lending me his gorgeous double bass x 📸 @elepiaproductions . . . #partofme #folk #cambridge #singlerelease #present

Luke Winterfold - Strawberry Moon In a world where people are “creating” music with a prompt using AI… @lukehollingworth is doing the opposite. Although he didn’t do much… Just wrote, performed, recorded and produced this song. He only sang all the vocals, played drums, guitars, piano, percussion and all kinds of wonderful sounds and instruments on it. It’s a joy to work with such a talented artist and musician. This song is packed with the kind of creativity, musicianship and attention to detail that makes it such an enjoyable experience to mix. “Strawberry Moon” is Luke’s first song from a brand new project under the name @lukewinterfold Dreamy. 🌜 Written, recorded, performed and produced by Luke Hollingworth @lukehollingworth @lukewinterfold Mixed by Ashley Krajewski @akmix.wav Mastered by Chris Pavey @chrispaveymastering
