He had metal on his fingers strumming a washboard, tambourines on his feet, harmonica in his mouth, spoons, drums, bells and more while his brother was on a national steel slide guitar. Such fun in an intimate setting with the @thedeltaz brothers! @chrispelonis owner of @lostchordguitars opened the show, also a treat. If you get the chance to see a show here, it's worth it!

I am stoked that ‘Honest With Yourself’ is finally out in the world. The lyrics are deeply meaningful and they represent a poignant time in my life.

My pal @jakereedmusic played drums and it is a masterclass of restraint and groove. There is not one fill or cymbal crash and yet it is dynamic and solid.

Also here are some recent photos from my life including hiking with Shadow, hanging with @chrispelonis , working on my new album in my studio (and showing some friends around), playing various guitars, and of course the Tuscan countryside.

This was mixed by the amazing @billycentenaro and mastered at Bernie Grundman Mastering.

There’s something about jazz and wine that just makes sense—unhurried, expressive, and a little unpredictable. We dove into that sweet intersection “WHEN JAZZ MEETS THE GLASS” where sound and sip come together, and the result is pure SYV. We spent some time soaking it in—good pours, smooth rhythms, and an effortless kind of atmosphere. If you’ve ever found yourself lingering a little longer over a glass because the music was just too dang good to leave, this one’s for you.
