Bye summer!

I’m excited to finally announce my official pasta tasting menu that is now available to book :).
Months & hours of hard work put into it, years of Italian cooking has helped me curate such a menu and I’m proud of it.
My first booking for this menu is coming in a couple of days already and I’m super excited to cook for them! To those that are looking for a professional, tasty, authentic, cozy & easy fine dining in home experience, this is that exact thing. If you’ve always felt that fine dining restaurants were too daunting, unsure of what a fancy restaurant may bring, this is the perfect experience for you. You’ll experience no hassles, cleanups, parking, stressed reservations & long lines. Everything will be done in the comfort of your home and the best part is you’ll be able to go right to sleep after if you wanted!!(I will note that I will be away for school starting the 2nd ish week of January so book while you can!)
Thank you for taking your time to read through this and considering this experience :)

cafe hopping is probably one of my most favorite things to do and it’s even better when your friends are there to split the menu w you😋

stop 1
📍 @arsicaultbakery
- of course we needed croissants and what better than the best croissants to ever exist in sf

stop 2
📍 @sohn.sf
- sohn is my fav spot for more lunch eats and a fuller meal and to top it off they have delish drinks (coffee, matcha, hojicha)

stop 3
📍 @sfnagomi
- it’s the newest matcha in sf and i must say it’s not bad but the strawberry matcha was quite sweet since there’s no adjustments but overall matcha quality is good. maybe opt in for the normal matcha instead

First ever large party catering!! A good friend, @shugstah of mine just got a new apartment in SF and asked me to cook for his apartment warming! So I did LOL. On the menu was:
Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip w/ fresh garlic confit oil pita chips
Spicy Honey Garlic Hummus w/ fresh garlic confit oil pita chips
Salsa Roja Rostizada w/ chili lime zest tortilla chips
Tzatziki w/ fresh mint & dill & pita chips
Everything was freshly made, organic, & made by myself!
This was a super fun event and I knew I did well because there wasn’t just one favorite, it was equally spread across all of the dips I made! The social aspect of it was very rewarding and super lively as I was talking to a ton of people I’ve never talked to before!
Be on the lookout for more events like this 👀👀👀

can bay area cafe compete with la or ny?….

@moonwakecoffeeroasters puts up a good fight to rep the bay area cafe culture. the choice of high or low tables mixed with comfy n cozy furniture ties it all tgth. the variety on the menu is definitely eye catching 😝

@inklingscoffee was the perfect way to spend our thursday afternoon ☀️☕️ the vibes in the cafe is so immaculate and there’s so much room to sit down and either chat or get some work done 💻

📍pleasanton, ca

i love that the theme of the cafe was so cute and personal not a lord of the rings fan but enjoyed the mini art pieces around the cafe🙌 i liked that there were separate rooms so that if you’re more into quiet study spaces there is room for that but also room to chat with your friends too in other sections!! 🕺

we ordered:
- blueberry latte: delish but wish there was more coffee flavor
- toasted coconut latte: the honey and toasted coconut paired well with the coffee and didn’t overpower the coffee taste
- cookies and cream latte: exactly what you think it is but surprisingly not too sweet which was nice!
- blueberry refresher: it was awesome. i’m loving the blueberry drinks this season 😋

- sandwiches to be named by their rightful consumers @chrisphung @miggy.z @wiakita

if you’re wondering which sf spot has the best matcha…

📍tadaima
san francisco, ca

@tadaima.sf sweeps the floor with the highest quality matcha and hojicha 🍵. the matcha flavor pairs so well with the salted cheese cream on top and never gets masked by the milk. it’s super creamy and smooth and even loshi’s dirty matcha latte was absolutely delicious 🤤

and of course if you needed a quick bit, the sandos are an absolute MUST try 🥪 overall fan favorite was the chicken karaage one where the chicken is so juicy and the pairing of the mustard was absolutely perfect🕺

the katsu and pineapple sando was also VERY awesome. the pineapple was a perfect balance of the fried katsu in the sando and didn’t make it feel too heavy. and OF COURSE the shrimp tempura was so so delightful 😋 it was light and the crunch of the shrimp 🍤 , it’s definitely unique and something you have to get

waiting for my next time to go to @tadaima.sf already⏱️

mini privileges in life that we overlook…

like not knowing what to order from @breadbellysf 🥰🤍☀️

we visited breadbelly as part of our cafe hopping day trip in sf and it was definitely one of our favorite stops🤩 we had:

- the breakfast sandwich🥪
- kaya toast 🍞
- chicken karaage 🍗
- sparkling yuzu americano ☕️
- pear lassi

all the small bites were a definitely must try. i think a big fan favorite was the chicken karaage. it was fried beautifully and the crunch left everyone wanted another bite🤤 i personally really enjoyed the yuzu americano. usually i don’t like americanos but i think the yuzu sparkling soda gave it flavor for me to enjoy😋

add dis to your next sf cafe stop!!!!
