Tour ended one week ago! There’s nothing like being on the road to invigorate your belief in the power of community and music! This tour was big for us as it was the biggest and longest we’ve done so far, mostly in cities we’ve never played before. Inevitably there are risks, hiccups and problems to solve but we fared well and luck was largely on our side. I have to give a huge shoutout to @jonfurson for booking 95% of the tour. There’s so much persistence and patience required to put all those pieces together: waiting for replies and followups, having stuff fall through and pivoting, keeping 40 pages worth of DETAILS together. It couldn’t have happened without him. Also big s/o to @chrisrosecas for being our offensive coordinator, having tons of great promo ideas, taking the photos of our dreams, and keeping us knuckleheads on track for making content and sticking to timelines. And to @unregisteredharpercam2 for fliers and design and filling in the gaps, and @chords_aretheyreal for finding housing, doing outreach and being a team player. And a big thank you to the friends who let us crash. We would absolutely not be able to do this if we had to pay for housing every night, and I know opening your home is not always easy or convenient. @mott_av @maxgowan24 @joshsorrells @tommies_house @tristans_guitar_palace @gianteaglefuelperks @mikecrecca @lloydnecromoon @suppyben we are so grateful to you! I never cease to be amazed by how many talented, pioneering, and kind musicians there are out there, and we were lucky enough to play with tons of them this tour. @zinniasgarden @nowhere_wolves @somefaith666 @miiraclemiirmir @beachkittyband @thebandpartisan @cantelleband @sahara.fw @squeezebox.band @anteeter @ouxband @__bullshark @thenewtropics @randbrown @_tellios_ @maxgowan24 @beemillion.band @albertosifuentesjr @valentinprincemusic @andandrewgeorge @theanticlineband @shyrocker333 @a_mannish_boy Finally, thank you to all the new and old friends, who came to support us, bought merch, said something nice to us after a show, recommended a band or venue or gave us tour advice, and to anyone who devotes themself in any way to support live music! -KV

‼️BANDCAMP FRIDAY‼️NEW REMIX EP‼️ We wanted Highway Hypnosis to be an album for the dancefloor as much as it was for the headphones. When we threw our vinyl release party in July, we asked some of the most talented producers we know to reimagine their favorite tracks with this idea in mind. Today we release them as the White Line Fever Remix EP 🛣️🛣️🛣️ Avoidance Disorder - @sundayeveningdrive Party Revival - @unregisteredbarpocam2 Highway Hypnosis - @djbasketball Today is @bandcamp Friday which means all purchases go directly to us, which is extra helpful ahead of our tour. Buy the EP there and throw it on at your beach rave or yacht BBQ this long weekend 📸 @chrisrosecas

Total solar eclipse in Valencia, Spain on August 12, 2026 ☀️🌑 My SECOND total solar eclipse and definitely not my last because I’m addicted to them now, I fear. If you don’t get what all the hype is about, it’s because you haven’t experienced it in person!!! It is so beautiful in this primal sort of way that you need to witness to understand. [Insert Carrie Bradshaw “you just don’t get it” clip] The last total solar eclipse was spent with my late husband, Rob’s, family in rural Western New York. Being in a crowd of hundreds in the third largest city in Spain—where plenty of people traveled to see it—was so different but still so special. Also, there were at least three proposals that happened in the lead up which I like bc unfortunately my toxic trait is that I love public proposals. Okay, I’m done. My name is Ashley Reese and I love total solar eclipses : )
