Building a winning culture on the court and in life, takes a village. We don’t just develop athletes; we develop young men. And we do it together, by committee, because no one person builds a champion.

It’s forever WE OVER ME. US OVER EVERYTHING.

ONE TRIBE. ONE STANDARD.

Passion is rarely replicated you really gotta love this shit, it’s Bigger than basketball for me. We get the opportunity to lead the youth and push them past their potential. Best of all I get to do this with my brothers! #WeOverMe

Grassroots has been a good ride @itsmeaj_4 but now it’s on to the next chapter. We would like to thank the @washwarriorsbball for this competitive 8th grade opportunity. He learned so much this year and will continue to take that into his HS journey. #thewarriorway

Kai's first high school games with O'Connell... he definitely had an impact on both games!!! It's him and Johnny diving on the floor to make a play for the team for me!!! That sort of effort does not go unnoticed! Coach has the boys playing up in the varsity summer league to get 'em right...they should be tough this year!!! #letsgoblue #headdown #stayfocused #runyourownrace #stackindays #blessed #highlyfavored #prouddad #proudcoach
