This menu was just perfect for the occasion. ✨

When designing menus, I always think about the story behind each gathering. My client wanted to create a warm, beautiful experience for her family and friends, who were meeting each other for the first time that day.

I crafted a relaxed menu, yet full of bold, tropical flavors – dishes that spark conversations and create memories around the table. 🍽️

Did she love it? Her smile in the last photo says it all 👉🏻

Creating these experiences through food is what I love the most. Thank you for trusting me to bring your vision to life.🤎

My heart is full. The running community has my ❤️. A sign that doing good for others is really what matters in life.

I have met @christalee4 a total of 2 times. She showed up at the track at the crack of dawn this week (air hug in picture because she didn’t stay long enough to capture the scene;). Her body needed some easy pace, and yet…she strategically made her laps end so she could push my last 200 meters, slow down to my snail pace 🐌 recovery jogs and hit the repeat button for 4 of 800. Then she paced my last 2 800s and they were a breeze. Just when I was getting some fatigue.

She could have canceled. She could have said, I’m too tired or it didn’t work for my schedule. But she showed up. And my ❤️ was filled for my next 4 x 400s and continued all week.

And my long time bestie and running friend @thirdmondayinapril. She joined for just a few ticks of my long run— to kick off my long run right. Because that’s what friends are for- we show up and do what we can each day. But we commit.

That’s community folks. That’s what this track life is all about. ❤️ We just show up for each other!! Tag a friend to say thanks!

Another way to use stuff you already have for turkey day? Spray paint your pumpkins from Halloween! It’s an inexpensive way to transform your table. @christalee4 used gold as her accent color for a pre-thanksgiving dinner party by spray painting old pumpkins and autumn leaves! You don’t have to break the bank to break the mold on table decor 😜
