POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We ran into a news reporter at our job site and had an interesting conversation.

She’s documenting a story that pertains to the communities struggle with ADU & Multifamily over development on their streets and the real consequences the neighborhoods are facing.

Although I think that more housing is good for the community and that we are ultimately doing a good thing. More dialog needs to happen to progress in the right direction and fill the gaps that currently exist.

Thanks @arykapphotography for talking to us 🤝🏼

Closing out phase 2 of this project for our client @cashflowalexio

Built 4 ADUs in the backyard of this unique lot on Baja Dr in the SDSU area.

One thing that I like about building for Alexio is that he adds a little flavor to his units. I think the finishes came out pretty nice on this one. What do you think?

Our Permits just got approved, we broke ground and have officially started construction on our development project here in San Diego.

This permitting process has been a challenge and has taught us a lot so we are really excited to enter into the next phase of this development and get one step closer to accomplishing the goal that we set out to achieve. The lessons and skills that you are able to obtain taking a project like this on are priceless. We still have a long way to go but definitely grateful to be where we are at.

Shout out to our partner Garrett and our construction team Reuter Group Inc who are helping us take this to the finish line. Let’s get to WORK!

Turning 1 unit into 12 units Near SDSU.

This one has been a long time coming and the numbers once complete are insane. We are excited to get this project done for our client so they can start utilizing this Cash Cow of a property.

Who wants 12 units near a college campus in Americas Finest City? 🙋🏻‍♂️

A year in, and this project has thrown everything at us — from uncovering an old pool underground 🏊‍♂️ to navigating gas + electrical lines ⚡️, and even a massive right-of-way job

Big hurdles, bigger solutions 🙌 It takes a team that knows how to adapt and push through to the finish line.

If you’re taking on a complex project and need experienced partners, send us a DM — we’ve been there. 🏗️

We had SDG&E install this massive utility pole because we’re bringing in a 1000-amp transformer for our latest project near SDSU.

✅ Right-of-way permits approved
✅ Traffic control permits secured
✅ Dig Alert marking every line (gas, electric, water)

These kinds of projects take serious coordination — city engineers, utilities, contractors — all moving together. If you’re tackling something on this scale and need experienced help, send us a DM. 🏗️

With these larger development projects, utilities can be a quite a bit more complicated and utilizing a dry utilities consultant or having a clear game plan early in the process can help reduce risk of issues later.

Sometimes the option that appears less expensive at the beginning of the project can lead to increase costs or timelines further down the road.

When interviewing GC’s, you can ask about their track record for similar projects and how they plan to approach yours ✅

Title 24 requires new construction in California to have solar or be “solar ready” - which means panels have not been set up, but certain requirements are met for future installation of them.

This is great for tenants as it lowers their electricity bills and great for California as we become less reliant on dirtier forms of energy ☀️

The cost of solar depends on how much you’re installing and whether you’re negotiating strong pricing or letting a vendor overcharge you 😬

Can you believe the is a deed-restricted, low-income ADU?

Welcome back to our North Park project, where we’re touring a low-income ADU that challenges the stereotypes about affordable housing.

Deed-restricted ADUs are required to remain affordable for qualified tenants, often at low- or moderate- income levels. But “affordable” doesn’t mean lower quality. As you’ll see in this tour, the finishes, design, and livability match what you’d expect in any well-built home.

These homes prove that affordability and quality can go hand in hand 🙌

Step inside our latest North Park project ✨ What began with 4 units is now a thriving 8-unit property. Through two garage conversions and a new two-story duplex, we transformed underused space into four additional homes.

Take a look at the full walkthrough to see the transformation in progress with just a few finishing touches left 🙌
