As an entrepreneur in a small business, it can be easy to get sidetracked and spend way too much time and effort on tasks that could be delegated to employees / outsourced.

Some biz owners think that getting help is costly, so they do everything themselves.

In reality, if you really did the math on how much money you could be making if you focus on what you do best for business growth 📈 you’ll soon realise that you are paying yourself minimum wage or could be making much more…

Especially for those admin or specialised tasks that:

1. You’re not great in (e.g. accounting, book keeping, marketing)
2. Isn’t worth your focus/time (e.g. admin, replying emails, picking up calls)

While juggling various employee hats on your own sounds like a money saving move, more often it causes more mistakes, stress, $$$, missed opportunities and time with family in the long-term.
