What is home to you?

@doseyoga Cliffs of Moher Ireland 2026 was absolute magic. We restored, adventured, remembered and returned home to ourselves.

Home begins within.

A retreat gives you time and space to do just that. To slow down enough, process what is ready to be released, understood and accepted — so that you can remember the wisdom + return to the peace that resides inside.

Home is here. Peace is here. Your soul awakens here.

Ireland you are pure love. Heart chakra. My ancestry ignited. Purpose deepened. Memory recalled. Life expanded. Thank you 🙏🏼

In awe of the version of me, 15 years ago, who said yes to this wild path of living a life of purposeful, spiritual service. What a ride it is and has been. I’m so grateful that my soul has chosen to bravely evolve in this way, in this timeline.

What a life ~ Such a journey ~ Steeped in gratitude, presence, purpose and wisdom.

Ireland has a way of giving you exactly what you need. I came here ready to lead and surprised myself with being a student.

Days were spent taking long morning walks, petting cows, breathwork and yoga, learning things I’d forgotten about myself and apparently sitting in a barrel full of seaweed.

I’m heading home feeling cracked open and so grateful for each one of you who joined us.

august gave me a little bit of everything: celebrating birthdays with family (and chowing down on some damn good bbq) / crack-o-dawn impromptu waffle house hangs with the most creative soul / jammin’ out for a good cause with lovely lady frandz / cicadas finding refuge to air out by the side door / realizing how much I missed my car after being without her for an entire month / trips to the field with the girls / finding one of THE best hot sauces I ever had in my life / figuring out what to do with a handful of eggplant (when I had hoped for more tomatoes) / one-on-one time at the beach with my girl, courtney (and thrifting the island up and down bc duh) / found feathers on walks / y2k themed bday for two ass-kicking babes (do yourself a favor & check out @chickenranchroadshow btw) / exploring all the things with my man, and dogging his elbow every chance I get / dad and clint twinning and cheesin’ at work / ruby praline being the sweetest, as always / goofin’ with yella and her big ol’ tongue

This ⭕️NE is SOLD!
There is a big difference between a house and a home. One is a structure, the other is more of a feeling. And this house has quickly become a home. After closing, the team jumped in to make lots of changes and create a space that made the new owner feel right at home. I won’t ruin the surprise of all the changes, but I wanted to share how proud and excited I am for my client who I also have the privilege of calling my friend. Congrats CK and welcome home!

this weekend was the perfect creative wake up call for me to play, dream, explore & expand.

I escaped to a sleepy, woodland town nestled amongst the Carolina pines that felt like a kid giddy going away to summer camp.

I arrived via sunset to a neighborhood welcoming me with orange sky lake views & baby ducks abounding, to dwell in a Nancy Meyers-inspired residence for the weekend.

My retreat consisted of candle-lit dinners, freshly-cultured butter, mini van rides for ice cream, morning walks, markets & more.

I was greeted with the fortunate opportunity to experience @sevayoganc with @mrslizzy_baum
And take Courtney’s yacht rock 🎸 flow.

But I left with my heart expanded, ideas brewing and feeling ready to take on this next chapter.

There are a few branding projects, murals & more in the works and I am open to whatever comes my way. 🧚

🏡 It’s official, we are moving to Boston, MA in May.

I’m having such a hard time writing this as it is such a bittersweet moment. We have met so many wonderful friends and people we consider family since moving here in 2018. We happen to both move here within a month from one another. I moved by myself from Orlando, FL and Matt moving his station from Hawaii to Ft Bragg.

From the moment I moved here, I thought it would be so hard to make friends. North Carolina didn’t let that happen. Too many people to mention but these are a few. From my first workplace friends @tenanabobana @tatikto and Liziya to my side job as a server, Jess. Nash’s besties @jacqueline.allegro 🐶 Then on to CCC, too many to mention @pflieger22 @justmedinamarie Kathleen @alex.taylor022 and of course Kate squared lol @total_kate_move. My new found Bookclub I didn’t realize I needed so badly @sandra_plh @annaegalite.

Most importantly those who have become family to us @solin913 @christin.king @tenanabobana @xoepiphany @marissa.meets.world @kascamilo @gilyvruns @_alyssa_raquel @wired4wonder

As this chapter begins to close, our move to Massachusetts opens. I can’t wait to be close to family and watch our little one grow up with them around.

North Carolina will always have a piece of our hearts 🩵💙

STOP what you’re doing! I want you to take a minute to think about the gifts that your life is made up of…and I’m sure there are more than you realize. For me, it is the moments. The ones that happen quietly, when the noise disappears from the chaos of the day, and you find yourself in conversation with friends that includes laughter and tears all at the same time. Then you get to experience the truly magical culinary expertise of a world renowned chef like @devereauxgreene and the @heronsnc team who deliver an experience like no other. Those moments shared with friends, over incredible cuisine, are among my favorite gifts that life is made of. Make THIS your best life…always, in all ways!

It just couldn’t have been a better night to finally celebrate belated birthdays for these two beautiful souls @hausofrider and @christin.king -you hang the moon and the team @madreraleigh just did it all so perfectly! Thanks @tylerhelikson and @_redlikethecolor and of course the fab @a._linn putting the finishing touches on the personalized Polaroids for the bday love!! Great eats, great friends, and @summersomer making sure we had the best time…love you ALL ❤️❤️❤️
