We proudly present our amazing NEWCOMER CREW! 🖤

Our advanced beginner / intermediate crew is the perfect space for aspiring crew members to grow as dancers, build confidence and gain their first show and formation experiences.

They’re training about 3–4 days a week, pushing their limits, putting in the work and constantly growing together. We’re so proud of their dedication, ambition and progress! 🫶🏼

This is just the beginning. The future is looking BRIGHT, and we can’t wait to see what’s next! ✨

We are so happy to have you all🥹❤️!!

Our Synergy Dance - Inner Circle 🫂💜

There are so many people who have our backs every single day, but today, we wanted to give a special shout-out to a few of them. <3

Stefan — The Connector

Leader of Made From Scratch and the link between two different bubbles. Stefan brings people, perspectives and communities together, helping Synergy grow beyond the walls of the studio. He’s also someone Isi can count on outside the day-to-day studio life — a person to exchange ideas with, talk things through and get support from when needed.
@bboyvresh.mfs

Lia & Chrisi — The Ones Who’ve Got Your Back

Leaders of our Newcomer Crew, making sure new dancers feel welcome and supported. They’re the people you can turn to when it comes to dance, the crew, or figuring things out together. Whether they’re helping out, sharing their opinion & talking through decisions, they bring a grounded perspective and are always ready to step in when needed.
@christina.zarzer @_lia._k

Mona — The Creative Mind Behind the Scenes

Our second brain when it comes to Synergy. Mona has been part of the journey since day one, always thinking along, questioning things and bringing new ideas to the table. She often sees things others might miss and has a special eye for everything visual — from graphics and merch to the little details that make Synergy feel like Synergy. She might be a hidden gem to some, but her impact on what we create is huge.

Isi — The Heart of Synergy

Our founder, our leader and the person who puts her whole heart into this place. For Isi, Synergy is so much more than a dance studio — it’s a vision, a passion and a community she genuinely lives for. She’s the one bringing everything together, creating space for people to feel safe, to grow and constantly putting her energy into making Synergy what it is today and what it can become tomorrow.
@isabella_leutgeb

Different roles, different strengths and different perspectives — but all working towards the same thing. We care about this place, the people in it and everything we’re building together.

One team - one family - one Synergy💜

✨ ! Meet our Show Crews ! ✨

We’re excited to introduce our three — or should we say, FIVE — amazing show crews! ❤️‍🔥

In this picture, you can see the dancers who make our shows so special. 🫶

NEWCOMER CREW
Our starting point for advanced beginner and intermediate dancers who love to train, grow and push their limits. With plenty of training throughout the week, they develop their skills, explore different dance styles and gain their first stage experiences.
Their main focus? Commercial performances! 💞
Coaches: @christina.zarzer & @_lia._k

SYNERGY CREW
Our fusion show dance crew for advanced and advanced+ dancers who want to take their skills to the next level, perform on stage and be part of a variety of shows and creative projects. With a strong hip hop influence and a mix of different dance styles, Synergy brings power, versatility and its own unique energy to every performance.🫂✨
Coach: @isabella_leutgeb

MADE FROM SCRATCH
Our Breaking Show Crew, bringing breaking to the stage with its own unique energy, style and attitude. 👟💥
@madefromscratchcrew @bam_breakartmovement
Coach: @bboyvresh.mfs

And that’s not all!👇🏽

Some of our dancers from these three crews are also part of our Song & Dance Crew and our 90s Show Crew — but we’ll tell you more about these two projects later! 👀

Different styles, different journeys, one shared passion. We’re proud of every dancer who is part of our community and can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on. ❤️

I love you both so much, but no matter how old you get, you’ll always be my little ones — 9 and 11 years old in my heart🥹🫶🏽
