Dear Class of 2029,

This is the year we step into our footing. The year we stop waiting for permission and start making leadership our own.

Be bold. Be courageous. Take up space. Walk into rooms knowing you belong there. Don’t be afraid to do things differently, set your own standard, or become something they never expected you to be.

Reject every expectation meant to limit you. Be bold. Be courageous. BE UNDENIABLE. Be the one to leave a path where there was once a wall.

Thank you to those who trust me, to those who came before me, those who paved the way and and those who showed me what it means to lead at Delaware State. I carry pieces of every person who has poured into this university and into me.

Thank you for allowing me to continue that legacy.

With love and gratitude,
Christina Lisboa
Your Class President ❤️

The Impression that resulted in a CROWN👑🦷

A smile can change a room, but a purpose can change a community. I’m so excited to officially be named DSU’s very first Miss C.R.O.W.N.! I promise to uphold my title with honor, integrity, and poise while setting an example for the future Miss C.R.O.W.N. titleholders to come.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🩷

This month, we honor those who have fought, celebrate those who continue to fight, and remember those we’ve lost. Let’s continue to spread awareness, support one another, and encourage regular screenings and early detection.

Together, we can make a difference. 💕
