🔥 One thing these 90-Day Transformations have confirmed: FREQUENCY MATTERS.

Training 2X a week creates a different level of rhythm, accountability, consistency, and momentum. 💪🏾📈

Once a week can create progress.
Twice a week creates MOMENTUM. 🔥

More coaching. More accountability. More opportunities to stay locked in. 🎯

Consistency creates rhythm. Rhythm creates RESULTS. 👑

7 months. One decision to keep going. 💪🏾🔥

This is my sister, my client, and my friend, Christina.

She started in December while balancing a busy schedule and running her own company. No perfect timing. No perfect circumstances. She simply committed to the process, trusted the plan, stayed consistent with her virtual workouts, and today she sent me these photos.

This is what 7 months of consistency looks like.

If you’ve been feeling discouraged, don’t quit. Consistency will take you places that motivation never can. One workout. One meal. One decision at a time. 🙏🏾

You don’t have to look like a fitness model to begin. You just have to have the courage to start.

Christina, I’m so proud of you. This transformation is incredible, and we’re just getting started. ❤️

GFIT isn’t about perfection. It’s about becoming the person who refuses to give up. 🖤🏋🏾🔥

Reverse close-grip kettlebell press
Inside grip changes everything.
More triceps.
More inner chest.
More shoulder control.
Same press…different demand.

What It Hits

Primary:
• Inner chest (sternal fibers of pec major)
• Triceps (long head especially)
• Anterior deltoids

Secondary / Stabilizers:
• Rotator cuff
• Forearm flexors
• Core (anti-extension if on bench or floor)

Why it’s different:
• The inside grip changes the line of force
• More adduction + elbow tuck
• Less shoulder flare = more joint-friendly for a lot of people

Chest expansion on another level.
Full length… full control… full engagement.

Foam-roller chest flies force your spine into alignment so the chest does the real work.
Slow stretch on the way down… solid squeeze on the way up.

Core locked.
Ribcage down.
Arms wide.
Pecs tight.

Simple… effective… intentional.

Move with purpose.

Stability Ball Glute Bridge Pullover
Strength. Control. Intention.

This move forces your core, glutes, and upper body to work together as one. No shortcuts… no rushing… just discipline and alignment.

When your body learns stability under pressure, your life follows the same pattern.

Move with meaning.
G-Fit Culture.
