Yet another one of my favourite shoots I did last year at the end of fall. Freezing cold!!! I promise I don’t always try to freeze my models 😂

Do what you love, but make sure it supports you too. When I started in Holistic Nutrition, I wasn’t sure how to turn my passion into a career. The best advice I can give to anyone in health and wellness is to find a way to align what you love with a market that values your skills. Loving what you do is important, but sustainability is what allows you to keep doing it long-term.

🎬C’est La Vie is finally out! 🎶
It’s been such an epic journey bringing my first music video to life, and I couldn’t be more excited to have helped my father’s friend from Ukraine create this for his band, Music Drive Friday (MDF), based in Toronto.

I absolutely loved the entire process, from concept to execution, and I’m so grateful to everyone who contributed and made this vision come together.
Thank you to the talented crew, musicians, and everyone involved! 🙏

Check out the video via the link in the bio.
