MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🎉
Shoutout to Hope!

🔥 Favorite Class: Cardio Kickboxing with Christle Marshall (Tuesdays @ 11AM)
📊 Total Class Check-Ins 2025: 641! 3rd best at Clinton!!

“Christle is incredible — even after being struck by lightning, she somehow still moves like the Energizer Bunny! Her class is nonstop, easy to follow, and packed with variety. I get an excellent workout every time.”

Hope also credits her Personal Trainer, Khalid Flowers, for helping her overcome gym intimidation:
“He’s taught me so many exercises and how to do them correctly. He’s always helping others get the best out of their workout, and he’s a genuinely great guy. A true professional who knows his craft.”
