When the call came to help out @shropshire_festivals on the @chefslocker stand. There was no way I was missing this…

An absolute blast of a time alongside @wolf.meats.smoke killing it on the konro grills. Guy knows his stuff….

- Chicken Yakitori with spring onion dipped in homemade Japanese Tare sauce

- homemade chicken katsu curry lollipops. Grilled chicken, dipped in katsu sauce, rolled in toasted panko.

- dry aged beef roast dinner crumpets. Crumpets with horseradish sauce, fried crispy potatoes, slices of beef & fresh rocket

-Charred hispy cabbage with crumbled feta and homemade hot & garlic honey

-beef bulgogi made from hand sliced, thinly sliced sirloin, marinated overnight and served on lettuce cups with kimchi mayo & spring onion (@wolf.meats.smoke)

-Smoked & pulled Mongolian Lamb Tacos. Lamb shoulder with 5 spice, salt and pepper, served with shredded lamb, hoison sauce, spring onion and chives

-crispy chorizo and charred padron pepper skewers

- pina colada pineapple Sticks. Charred slices of pineapple rolled in coconut sugar, lime gel and desicated coconut
