Some bits from Boomtown 2025 (last year, yes, I'm slow 🐌) that I've been meaning to post but never got to round: many spoons, lollipop doubles, legs, an impractical laundry service, wafty bits, and becoming the community of Old Town. All of this was bloomin lovely - thanks @beetwixxt for the producing magic and @christopher.werrett for the snaps ✨️

Recently got this film developed. It had been sat in a basket in my living room for a long time. Turns out that a lot of the photographs are from around three or four years ago. Life has changed so much.

🎉10TH HOOP-IVERSARY🎉

Here we are… my 10 YEAR HOOP-IVERSARY🥹 I can’t believe I’m even saying that, where do I start…
10 years ago, I was scrolling on YouTube through random videos when all of a sudden, I started watching random Cirque du Soleil videos and thought.. wow… I really want to try aerial SILKS😳 if you’ve been following me for a while now, this may seem funny but I wasn’t interested in ever trying hoop at first🤣 I couldn’t find anywhere at the time that taught them soo I decided to give hoop a go in the end… how the tables turned😆
I never would’ve imagined since walking into that very first class, someone who has no gymnast or dance background, someone who had no upper body strength and couldn’t do the splits at all.. to be where I am today😭

💛 is fully self employed and working between 2 amazing studios @aerial.sports & @aerialninjasuk
💛 trains / teaches in hoop, pole, flex / contortion, silks, loops and rope
💛 has travelled up and down the UK teaching workshops, competing in national / international competitions and met some amazing friends for life
💛 is a multiple competition title holder, my biggest highlight was winning Instructor Hoop in 2023 at the UK Aerial Performance Championships finals at Russell’s International Circus, my first time performing in a big top was truly a dream🎪
💛 is a sister for the amazing @zvonkoactive
… and that’s just to name a few🥰
to say I’m grateful to have discovered aerial is an understatement, it’s given me confidence, it challenges me, it pushes me to my limit, given me soooo many bruises / burns / scrapes, it’s made me cry, it’s made me beam from ear to ear, it’s made me achieve thing I never imagined possible for my body, but above all.. it’s truly changed my life✨
10 years.. and many more to come of seeing what happens next, I’m soo ready🤩

Photo team assemble! Such a pleasure working with this incredible bunch again at @kendalcalling this year. So many laughs and it’s so inspiring seeing so much beautiful content being created around you by such wonderfully talented people. Not to mention the after movie edit finished on site and shown to 20,000 people to close the main stage synced to the fireworks! 🤯

Kendal Calling | Class of 2026

4 Fantastic days in the fields. I can honestly say I’ve never felt more welcome into a team than I did this weekend. So many talented and passionate creatives, and all round good people.

Seeing our work from the weekend played live to tens of thousands of people on the main stage, synchronised to a firework display was something very special indeed, most certainly shed a tear when that moment came 🥹

The weekend, the experience and people will be something etched into my heart for a very long time. ❤️

Thank you to @connertravis_ & @rosscinema at @entirety for bringing me on board to film and drone. ☺️
