If $1,000 was on the line, would you confidently say you know how many different suppressors there are in this clip? No. Because suppressor comparison videos are stupid, low-value content that only exist for clicks.

I’ll put the answer in the comments. Post your answer before you look at it. It might be the same clip over and over.

Pic so it’s not a reel.

There’s a lot you can do to make your rifle more accurate and more shootable. But these are the things that should be considered non-negotiable.

Rifle, optic, sling, and light are essential.

But which of each of those do you prefer?

Problems with LE training…
1–There’s not enough of it.
2-When it happens, it’s not good enough.
3–THERE ARE NO CONSEQUENCES ATTACHED TO FAILING.

If you’re involved in training people for offensive-defensive use of a firearm you have to give them room to explore and push their limits and fail.

But you also have to reinforce the reality of what they’re training for. And that means reinforcing the consequences of failure in a high risk encounter.

This is a distinction we make in our pistol classes where we explore and figure things out and push limits on paper. Then we drag out all the steel and refuse to miss. Every shot is high risk. Every miss hit a dirty backstop. Every miss failed to incapacitate.

You’ve gotta do both.

Cheek risers with optic risers. Shot some 40 yard doubles using an absolute cowitness Aimpoint back-to-back with another using the @unitytactical riser. Generally, I’ve never been a fan of tall optic mounts due to severely reduced cheek weld diminishing overall connection to the rifle causing less consistent and predictable recoil movement unless there’s a specific need for the optic riser. A red dot magnifier using a flip to center mount is one of those specific needs (and one of the reasons I prefer a good LPVO instead). However, adding a @magpul cheek riser gets some of that diminished cheek weld back. The dot still moves further under recoil compared to a normal height mount, but it returns much more consistently with the improved connection that the riser offers. The only catch is that the stock has to be all the way out to operate the charging handle, but that’s where I put it anyway. Rifle is a @geissele 10.3.

In a world of Tudors and Staccatos, invest in the 1800s.

US Army issue Colt from 1881, Kipling from 1899, and my great-grandfather’s pocket watch.

With False Gospel doing the Lord’s work in making reading bad ass again, @christopher_clay_author was cool enough to give some kind and awesome words about the latest Chris Folly thriller!

Clay is not only a total badass, but his book “Renegade Immortality” is one of my all time favorite thrillers out there! Thanks for the blurb and all the support man!
