RECONNECT
November 14, 2025 - January 17, 2026
on view at @walterstormsgalerie Berlin

Last week to see the group exhibition RECONNECT at our Berlin space.

The group exhibition presents works by Gregor Hildebrandt, Gary Petersen, Gerold Miller, Peter Krauskopf, Ulrich Erben, Christopher Chiappa, Beverly Fishman, Turi Simeti, Caro Jost, Shannon Finley, Marton Nemes, Viola Bitti, Tim Freiwald, Steven Aalders and Lukas Troberg, who together set a sign for exchange and cohesion across spatial and conceptual boundaries.
The title forms the conceptual foundation of the exhibition: the presented works explore relationships between space and time, artistic languages, and human experience.

For every work shown in Berlin, there is a corresponding piece in Munich within the exhibition CONNECT. This reciprocal structure opens up an overarching dialogue between the gallery spaces, in which the works are not viewed in isolation but in relation to one another. Vibrant colors, precise lines, and distinctive forms act as invisible threads of connection.

CONNECT is on view in Munich until February 14.

CONNECT
December 4, 2025 - February 14, 2026
on view at @walterstormsgalerie Munich

The group exhibition CONNECT presents works by Albert Hien, Anselm Reyle, Beverly Fishman, Caro Jost, Christopher Chiappa, Cordy Ryman, Gerold Miller, Gary Petersen, Gregor Hildebrandt, Lukas Troberg, Márton Nemes, Peter Krauskopf, Schirin Kretschmann, Shannon Finley, Steven Aalders, Turi Simeti, Ulrich Erben and Viola Bittl, which together illuminate the principle of interconnectedness – the relationship between space, time, artworks, and the viewer.

CONNECT marks the point of origin: not only etymologically is connect the root of reconnect, but also geographically. Founded in Munich in 1977, the gallery now enters a new phase of reconnection with the opening of its Berlin space in 2025.

Between Munich and Berlin, between artists and artworks, a multilayered dialogue unfolds – one that explores the resonances and tensions between form, color, and material. Visitors are invited to trace the connections between individual positions and architectural spaces and to follow the lines that link them.
Together with the simultaneous exhibition RECONNECT in Berlin, a network emerges that extends beyond geographical boundaries and reveals art as a dynamic system of mutual reference and inspiration.
