We are thrill to be Silver Sponsors of the Carolinas Chapter CMAA!

The Mountain Region is in for a meaningful day of learning, connection, and a little fun with our own, Christy Benitez.

Culture and communication continue to sit at the top of every club’s priority list, and this session is designed to bring both to life in a practical, engaging way.

Where we use to be YEARS ago 🤣 to now. Sometime with patience and trust you can lengthen the nail beds over time and safely. But as a reminder fellow nail techs. We all start somewhere because we are all new at some point so it takes time to learn and to continue learning no matter how long you’ve been doing it.

Embrace the suck!

It can’t always be sunshine, rainbows, and butterflies.

What do you do on the days you don’t wanna show up, and those days that don’t seem to want to show up for you?

Show up however you can, be consistent, you WIN.

✨ Christy says:
"The way we think shapes the way we feel, and the way we feel shapes the way we serve. Mindset matters.

When we choose to cultivate joy, we're not being selfish — we're building a foundation that allows us to show up with presence, warmth, and excellence. Joy isn't accidental; it's crafted day by day, thought by thought.

When we're grounded in joy, we mindfully elevate the experience of everyone around us. And that impact lingers long after the moment has passed.

Think joyfully. Show up joyfully. Leave others joyful." 💛

In private clubs, leadership and service share the same heartbeat. What keeps it steady? Emotional intelligence. 💡

The best leaders don’t just manage—they tune in. They sense tension before it surfaces and connection before it’s lost. Link is in our bio for the full blog post on The Leadership Lounge! 🔗
