Third year of med school is when the fun really begins, because clinical rotations are when we finally get to start seeing real patients! Going to school in Montana is a unique experience because of the opportunity to rotate in rural locations.

I have zero memory of asking this question 🤣📟
Full discosure this isn’t something I’d ever do, but I must’ve been exhausted to be thinking about it.
Loved the reel idea from @laurakgluck

Thank you so much to all the students who came to the Montana State Capitol on Friday and Saturday. We had a great time talking to Montana legislators who were welcoming and took the time to listen to what we had to say about important issues like GME funding and Medicaid expansion.

A huge thank you to the Montana Medical Association for seeing the value of bringing a student presence and organizing White Coat Day.

The period kit assembly party was a blast! Beatriz and Angela from the Montana Rescue Mission joined us and talked about period poverty and the work that their organization does. With your help we packed 123 kits that will be distributed at the mission to those in need. #endperiodpoverty #endperiodshame #medicalstudent #medicalschool #womenshealth #meded #communitylove #billings #billingsmontana #rvumcom #rockyvistauniversity

Our chapter leaders Emily Reimche (President) and Christy Wornom (National Liaison Officer) are in San Antonio, Texas this weekend at #OMED24 for the Fall House of Delegates. At the HoD, voting delegates from medical schools all across the country convene to vote on resolutions which become official SOMA policy. The OMED conference is also an amazing opportunity to connect with osteopathic medical students, learn some interesting skills (like bone marrow biopsy and OMT), and network with physicians from many different specialties. #medicalstudents #OMED # SOMA
