🚚 Shipping Day. These photos tell the story. Few of us signed the container as it was being sealed, before Sergii, the truck driver, drove it to New Jersey to be taken by a cargo ship to Europe. Final destination - Ukraine 🇺🇦 The dedication of volunteers and donors to our mission shines through every caring action. The Ukrainian spirit and the perseverance of the Ukrainian people through the atrocities inspires our enduring commitment to do all we can to help. RocMaidan.org 📦 Container like this weights about 10 tons (20 000 lbs/ 9701 kg), and costs $6,500 to ship. This was our 11th one we packed and shipped from Rochester by ship since February. We’ve also send many by air. That’s 20 000 lbs of humanitarian aid donations, medical supplies and medical equipments that we’ve collected, purchased, sorted and packed in one month since the last shipment. Donated hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers and other equipment have to be carefully cleaned and checked over before wrapping. Great job that our youth volunteers have been doing all summer. We send our love with your donations as they leave Rochester on their journey to ease the suffering of those affected. We pray for VICTORY to come SOON! Thank you everyone for your continues support 💛💙 🏷 @volodymyrpavlyuk @nataliya_y_savka @olyaszy @oleg_savka @elena_olena_dilai @andrew_babiuk @dennis.pavlyuk @natkostiv @zorri_zoryana @ukiegirl1015 @katieallkofer @tsukhenko @brunetkkaaaa @maxim_galaburda2006 @vvsavka @victorbazzz @olga_tymoshyk US partners: 🏷 @intervolroc ……… 🇺🇦 To support us, please consider donating through our website: rocmaidan.org/donate ….. 📸 Tim Sukhenko @tsukhenko #rochesterny #rocmaidan #ny #ukraine
