These are not isolated incidents.

That is part of why so many women feel exhausted right now.

Not just angry. Not just sad. Exhausted.

Because when the same kind of violence keeps happening, women start asking a painful question: is there any real way to know if I am safe at all?

Violence in the home is not just private family business. It is a public health issue. It affects safety, trauma, mental health, children, and the long-term well-being of families and communities.

And yes, men’s mental health matters. But struggle is not an excuse to become dangerous. Pain is not an excuse to terrorize women. Emotional instability is not an excuse to destroy a family.

Men often take cues from men. Male culture rewards some things, punishes some things, and too often stays silent on the wrong things.

So men have to help change the code.

No threatening women.
No using fear as control.
No making children pay for adult pain.
No turning rejection, shame, anger, or emotional collapse into family destruction.

Women should not have to live wondering if love comes with hidden danger.

Some things have to become unacceptable again. Now.
