First year of coaching at Rutgers officially in the books! ❤️⚔️

Beyond grateful to work alongside @coachtraynor_rutgers, and having the opportunity to lead the RU men and women’s cross country and distance squads. Just two Jersey girls back in the garden state! This year brought some incredible moments that I will carry with me forever (and I ran a 2026 Boston Marathon qualifier in my FIRST marathon with the cheering power of my RU athletes and family!) These young men and women have trusted us to help them achieve their goals, and I am so proud to be their coach!

Huge thank you and congratulations to our graduating captains: @caseywa1ter, Shelby Whetstone, @gavinrichards_, @dannypedretti_, and @brianpedretti_ You helped lay the foundation for the future and made my first year special! 🥳

Last one, best one! Congrats to Lexi! In her final Big Ten Conference championships, she took home a BRONZE medal and third place with a time of 33:33. Next up, she is qualified for the NCAA West Regional taking place at the University of Arkansas in two weeks. We are so proud of you! ❤️

Off she goes to the Big Ten Indoor Championships in Geneva Ohio. Good luck to Lexi and all her Wisconsin teammates. Lexi competes in the 5K on Saturday at 3:40. Will be televised on BTN Plus Network. We're leaving tomorrow to cheer her on

Fabulous New Year celebration with my sister @chsmith.csai starting with #nye ice skating @historicedgewater , post skating bubbles, and a home cooked lobster 🦞 dinner & champagne 🍾 to ring in the new year across 3 time zones ET, CT and PT. The penthouse view of the lake and Capitol —stunning from Kris’s place.

Both of us are Capricorns with late December birthdays —Kris on Christmas, I’m 3 days after—we treated ourselves to an awesome spa retreat, 2nd year in a row @sundara.spa —a gorgeous intimate oasis in Wisconsin Dells ( an hour from Madison) 💓 we LOVE this top rated Midwestern spa and inn. 👍🏽
A relaxing, restful, restorative time with yoga, body treatments, facials, swimming in outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi, a beautiful peaceful woodsy setting. 😌🙌🏽

Feeling re-invigorated for 2022❣️.

Blessed, beautiful #thanksgiving with mom, family, siblings. 🍁
So #thankful 🙏🏼 we could all be together (missed Justin though— who celebrated #friendsgiving in Seattle)
@chsmith.csai was an amazing chef on the #turkey feast along with pastry #chef Jaimie, baking fresh apple and pumpkin pies with @lexi.westley . I helped with veggies including my favorite— fresh turnip and of course beverages: #bubbles +🍷 #wine . Darren, Steven, Ray: supporting cast. 😄

Mom was so grateful and happy to have all her children and 1 of her 2 grandchildren to celebrate this year.
#cheers and thanks to the hosts: Darren and Jaimie ! 🙌🏽🙏🏼🌟💕.

My new fave #farmersmarket !
Yep right up there with #nyc Union Square Farmers Market and #sanfrancisco @fortmasonfarmersmkt . Can’t beat the farmers fresh Wisconsin cheese, the “Gourd Guy” , so many fresh veggies, and soap made with sheep’s milk. 👍🏽
