ARE YOU OVERWEIGHT? 👀💭 Ohhhhh, it’s been a minute since I’ve done one of my Treadmill TED Talks! 🎤🏃🏾‍♀️🔥 But we’re BACK! And today, I have a question for you… ARE YOU OVERWEIGHT? Now, before you answer, I’m not just talking about physical weight. I’m talking about the weight of your thoughts. The weight of your responsibilities. The weight of expectations. The weight of carrying things you were never meant to carry alone. And what about the weight of MISALIGNMENT? You say you have certain values, beliefs, and priorities, but are your actions consistent with what you say matters most? Because when your actions contradict your values, that disconnect can become a weight of its own. Living in contradiction can be exhausting! And just like physical transformation, releasing the weight in other areas of our lives requires two things: INTENTIONALITY and CONSISTENCY! 💪🏾 Being intentional about what needs to change and consistent in making decisions that support that change. You can’t keep carrying everything and expect to move through life freely! So here’s my question: What weight do YOU need to release? 👀 Drop a comment! I’d love to hear your thoughts. ❤️ Each moment matters. www.drkenishawilliams.com #DrKenishaWilliams #DrKenisha #drkenishawilliams #drkenisha #TreadmillTEDTalks

100 YEARS OF ROUTE 66! 🎉❤️ What a great time celebrating the Route 66 Centennial at the Main Street USA Festival in Barstow, California! 🇺🇸 Yesterday, TransFormNation Training & Development, LLC had the opportunity to participate as a vendor, showcase our business, connect with the community, and even sell a few books! 📚🙌🏾 I enjoyed reconnecting with friends, meeting new people, and celebrating this historic milestone with so many wonderful people! It was especially great seeing Mayor Tim Silva, Police Chief Kirby, Mayor Pro Tem James Noble, Councilman Tex Williams, and Dr. Eva Bagg, President of Barstow Community College, along with other community leaders. I appreciated everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello and connect! ❤️ A big thank you to the organizers, the Barstow Chamber of Commerce, and everyone who helped bring this celebration together! Community matters. Relationships matter. And showing up matters! I’m grateful for another opportunity to connect, serve, and continue building relationships throughout the High Desert! What an honor. What a beautiful evening. ❤️ Last night, I had the privilege of being recognized by the Today’s Woman Foundation as one of the 2026 Women of Excellence, alongside 11 incredible women who are making a difference throughout our community. I don’t take moments like this lightly. When you spend your life working, serving, building, learning, falling, getting back up, and continuing to become, sometimes you don’t stop long enough to recognize the journey you’ve traveled. Last night gave me one of those moments. I looked around the room at women with different stories, different journeys, different areas of service, and different ways of impacting our community—and I was grateful to stand among them. Congratulations to each of my fellow 2026 Women of Excellence honorees! 👏🏾❤️ It was truly an honor to share this recognition with you. Thank you to the Today’s Woman Foundation for seeing me, recognizing my work, and creating an evening that so beautifully celebrated women and their contributions to our community. I am grateful for the recognition—but even more grateful that I still have an opportunity to serve, grow, give, and make a difference. There is still more work to do. There are still more people to serve. And there is still more of me to become. So I receive this moment with a full heart—and then I keep going. ❤️ Each moment matters. www.drkenishawilliams.com #DrKenishaWilliams #DrKenisha #drkenishawilliams #drkenisha #WomenOfExcellence

😂 When your marketing is so consistent that everybody around you knows the assignment… almost! I was volunteering at the 6th Annual Greater High Desert Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament, minding my business—well, technically I was supposed to be checking people in—and here comes Mark Creffield reminding everybody that I somehow always find time for a picture or video. 😂 Then he decided to promote the TransFORM Growth Conference himself… Everything was going great until he gave the WRONG DATE! 🤣 You already know I had to stop him immediately! Mark, we appreciate the promotion…but let me help you out: 📅 Thursday, November 5, 2026 📍 Victor Valley College Educational Event Center | Victorville, California The 7th Annual TransFORM Growth Conference is coming! Transform Pressure into Practice 🌐 www.drkenishawilliams.com And yes, Mark… I promise I was working too. 😂❤️ #DrKenishaWilliams #DrKenisha #drkenishawilliams #drkenisha #TGC2026

Earlier this month, I had the honor of being asked to pray as we remembered the lives lost and forever changed on September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸🙏🏾 As I prepared to pray, I found myself thinking about another question: What do we do when there’s a 911 in our own lives? When the call comes that we weren’t expecting. When tragedy interrupts the plan. When the diagnosis, the loss, the disappointment, the betrayal, or the crisis changes everything. Because while we pause to remember a day our nation will never forget, there are people around us experiencing life-altering moments each day. So what do we do when crisis comes? Do we run? Or do we stay? Do we allow the moment to consume us, or do we ask God for the strength and wisdom to steward even the moments we never wanted? I don’t have an easy answer for tragedy. But I do know where I turn. I believe prayer changes things. And sometimes, prayer changes us while we’re waiting for things to change. 🙏🏾 May we continue to remember. May we continue to pray. And may we remain mindful of the people around us who may be living through their own emergency right now. Another great morning of connection and community in Barstow! ❤️ Yesterday, I attended the Barstow Chamber of Commerce Monthly Program and enjoyed a great presentation from Barstow Community Hospital. I always appreciate opportunities to stay connected, learn more about what’s happening in our High Desert communities, and build relationships with the people serving them. And as always, it was great to see Mayor Tim Silva present and accessible to the community. Leadership is not only about the position you hold—it’s also about your willingness to show up, stay connected, and be present with the people you serve. I appreciate seeing that kind of presence in action. And Barstow has something BIG coming! 🎉 Historic Route 66 is celebrating 100 years, and the Main Street USA Festival & Route 66 Centennial Celebration is happening October 9–10 in Downtown Barstow! We learned yesterday that more than 90 vendors are already scheduled to participate—and I’m excited that TransFormNation will be one of them! 🙌🏾 I’m looking forward to connecting with the community and being part of this historic celebration. 🩺LEADERSHIP REQUIRES SELF-EXAMINATION. This morning, I had the opportunity to attend the Barstow Chamber of Commerce Monthly Program and share a few thoughts with leaders about something I believe deeply: the leadership self-examination room. As leaders, we have to be willing to enter the self-examination room and conduct a leadership integrity checkup. Does how I lead align with who I say I am? Are my behaviors consistent with the values I say I hold? How are people actually experiencing my leadership? Leadership integrity is about alignment—making sure what we believe, what we say, and how we behave agree. Sometimes the most important leadership work is the work we do on ourselves. Self-examination requires us to tell ourselves the truth about what we see and then decide what we are going to do about it. I also had the opportunity to invite the Barstow community to join me on November 5th for the 7th Annual Transform Growth Conference: Transform Pressure Into Practice. And Barstow will be represented! 🙌🏽 Mayor Pro Tem James Noble and Juan Rivera will both be joining us as panelists and contributing their leadership perspectives to the conversation. Thank you to the Barstow Chamber of Commerce for the opportunity to connect and share with leaders throughout the community. WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER. ❤️ Last night, I had the opportunity to attend the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce — Barstow Chapter meeting, and it was such a great evening of connection, conversation, and community. A special thank you to our amazing Chapter President, Charlotte Allen, for her leadership and commitment to bringing people together. And thank you to Rich Wallace, whose leadership spans the Southern California Black Chambers from the desert to the sea. Your continued work to strengthen business, relationships, and community across the region is appreciated. We had a great turnout, made meaningful connections, met new people, and continued building relationships that matter. Because the truth is, it takes all of us. Businesses. Leaders. Organizations. Community members. When we come together, support one another, share resources, and stay connected, we all have the opportunity to become stronger. If you are in the Barstow area, come join us. We meet every first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM in Barstow. There is room at the table. We are better together. #DrKenishaWilliams #DrKenisha #drkenishawilliams #drkenisha
