How are we at the end of October already?! I’m not going to say anything about November 1st, but it’s coming. Thank God I have plenty of projects to get me through S.A.D. season.

P.S. Did you sign up for updates yet?

Sometimes I pick yarn colors just because I love the name. Bay Scallop was one of them.

Also, if you’re thinking about joining the next @miaderosaphotography_ Beach Content Retreat, this is your sign. 🪧
Aside from the professional photos taken by the host, I was able to take a lot of pictures and videos on my own. Perfect golden hour backdrop that only Mother Nature could give us. K love ya bye 🐋⛳️✨

Meet my new favorite hat. Ma Belle (got the ill communication) by @chuffed_knitting . It’s a hidden gem, trust me.
The special stitch is a dream to knit and it fits like a glove. You’ll be seeing a lot of these!

Any shellers here? This yarn from @capemayfiber is called Bay Scallop, so here are some of the bay scallops I’ve collected in New Jersey. They clean up real nice! (I only collect the “red” ones.) what’s your favorite shell to collect? I have a pretty long list 😛. K love ya byeeee 🐚 🌊 🦐

Samantha @chuffed_knitting and I had an ambitious itinerary on Saturday. We managed to visit 8 participating yarn shops! Exhausting…but so much FUN! Swipe to see details on my haul!

Incidentally, all of these beanies are currently available in my etsy shop if you’re looking for that perfect OOAK wool hat. 💜

Behind the scenes at Beach2Barn studio! ♥️
Lots of things happening and in the works!
It takes us from Jan-Sept to create enough inventory for all of our shows!
This year we’ve added more shows, so the knitting doesn’t stop! Lots of logistics and prep!
My younger self could not have dreamed of a better life!
This is my happy place and I’m not mad about the snow ❄️
