@melkenyc’s @emma_gage21 is coming back to earth. The designer’s latest collection, The Garden, is inspired by one grandmother’s flower garden and the other’s vegetable garden. these wide angle shots are perfect because fashion is for everybody really was a movieeee. ★ big gratitude to all of the collaborators and partners who made the afternoon so magical, so fun! @yunggirlsah and @bl0ndephrenzy facilitated the juiciest swap on behalf of @wovenriot. @anamargaridafeijao and @melcorchado held down the mending stations, with an iconic game-time save from @nckames who jumped in at a moment’s notice to share skills and teach people how to mend — we were blown away by how many people showed up with bags full, ready to learn how to better care for their clothes! @xsalemx kept us swaying and bopping with an impeccable mix. Thank you to Dainique Jones @fingerprint.studios for capturing the afternoon. And last but certainly not leasttttt, the Civic Team at @theshedny!! We’ll be at @sohostrengthlab, where Sal (@salnakhlawi) of @stronghergirls will be teaching an intro to lifting clinic, and Marisa (@marisakalilbarrino) of @chulitaflorals will be giving out custom bouquets! Our first NYC pop-up left us incredibly grateful. To everyone who stopped by, supported, shopped, and shared this experience with us—thank you.
