POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This morning was something special. 🩷

Today, our community showed up to support those currently battling, those who have survived, and those facing a breast cancer diagnosis.

We are so proud to have been part of PALOS GOES PINK for the 4th consecutive year, and especially grateful to @meganowenstrup of @heightscycle for spearheading such a meaningful morning and bringing our community together year after year.

Against the gorgeous backdrop of Lake Katherine, we moved, connected, and came together through fitness alongside:

🚲 Heights Cycle — Cycle
🧘‍♀️ The Do Good Movement — Yoga
💪 Chulo Fit — Strength
🏃‍♀️ Run to the Pub — Run or Walk Around the Lake

And the impact goes beyond this morning. 100% of the money raised will support breast cancer research at Rush Chicago, where researchers are actively working to advance breast cancer treatment and care. (Rush University System for Health)

The reality is staggering: about 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will develop breast cancer in her lifetime. (American Cancer Society)

So today, we move for those still fighting.
We remember those we’ve lost.
We celebrate those in remission.
And we come together because no one should have to face it alone.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with us, and helped make this morning matter. 🩷

🎀 PALOS GOES PINK — October 3rd 🎀

Breast cancer doesn’t just affect one person. It affects families, friends, coworkers, and entire communities.

That’s why coming together matters.

On October 3rd, we’re wearing pink, showing up, and standing beside those currently battling breast cancer, those who have fought before us, and the families walking alongside them.

Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give someone is simply reminding them:

You are not alone. 💗

Let’s come together.
Let’s lift each other up.
Let’s spread hope.
Let’s go pink. 🎀

Palos Goes Pink — because together, we are stronger.

Today was my 2-Year Liftversary 💪

We wore the shirts with my big face, played Linkin Park, did all my favorite workouts, carried VERY heavy things, and somehow survived 😂 Whew.

Cupcakes for balance, miracle balloons, keychains, laughs, and a little chaos.

Huge thank you to Kathy for the impact you’ve had not just on me, but so many of my gym buddies too. And Lamont… always hilarious, always encouraging. The gains are gainin’.

Thanks for joining me in my foolery today, everyone ❤️

Just some of the work over the years. 💪🏾🔥

Real people. Real consistency. Real results.

Proud of every client that made time for their health, pushed through challenges, prioritized self-care, and stayed committed to their fitness goals.

This is what happens when people keep showing up. 👏🏾
