Melbourne in Motion @melbinmotion classes have restarted, with a few changes, and some rad new class formats dreamt up by the phenomenal Chunny @chunbaker
Check it out at melbinmotion.com

Repost from @melbinmotion:

“I train as it is a fun way to explore movement, fitness and rediscovering or keeping the inner child playful. Parkour allows for self self exploration at my own pace which is pretty nice.

Get a workout without feeling like getting a workout.”

From John Chunny Baker @chunbaker

Stoked to have recently explored and played on Sannè Mestrom’s (@sanne_mestrom) The Playful Exchange, near Preston station, with Chunny @chunbaker, Siobhan and G @thegeobean (@melbinmotion @inclusivemelbpk) (All clips sped up to fit em all in)

We love to #AlwaysPlayOnPublicArt, and love@to see artists like Sannè who think the exact same way 😊 🤩

Just a reminder that your training doesn’t have to be hard or structured or even intentional all of the time.

Spend time playing, doing what brings you joy, and following your curiosity.

Not only will that help to open up new ways of moving; and improve your movement generally. It will also lower stress, boost mood and self esteem, and improve your life generally.

We are meant to play
