Some of my favorite industry folks all in one spot - for one night, anyway. Remember to tell your bartenders how much they mean to you - it’s a weird relationship between a bar patron and the person serving you drinks (and sometimes being a therapist, DJ, sounding board, a gossip conspirator…), but sometimes one of the greatest ones a person can have. Thanks @dupreezdrinks @hodgapotamus and @chupaverde for always slinging amazing booze and being amazing people! #bartender #cocktails

As the nights grow longer and October stirs its darker side, Le Salon turns toward mystery, symbolism, and the alchemy of scent and story. 🍂✨

This month, we gather for two evenings of spirited conversation in the Borgman Room:

🌙 October 17 → Erotic Iconography with Vanessa Cuccia (@vanessa_cuccia), artist + author, decoding how erotic symbols live in our subconscious and shape our relationship to sensuality.

🌿 October 27 → Poisoners & Perfumers with Erica Kassel (@chupaverde), co-owner of @castaliacocktails, tracing the shadowy history of perfumers who blurred the line between fragrance and fatality.

Arrive early, sip a cocktail, and let yourself linger in the season’s edge—where ideas invite us to see differently, and conversation feels just a little more charged.

Let’s GO!!🌹🖤✨️
Today, @castaliacocktails was named a World’s 50 Best Discovery bar! This is a monumental achievement, and I’m beyond grateful to be part of such an incredible space.

Thank you for giving a space and the freedom to create without bounds, the opportunity to learn and grow, and a workplace that truly values its team, our guests, and community. Most of all, thank you for being genuinely great humans.

Nearly four years in, and I’ve never been more proud to be a Castalian!!! ❤️
