🥊 Sharing my story in Portuguese, with English just below 💛

Um amigo me convidou pra experimentar e eu simplesmente me apaixonei.
Estou aprendendo a me proteger. A ter disciplina. A ser respeitosa. E, principalmente, a controlar meu ego.
Fazer parte disso me deixa empolgada.

🇦🇺I started boxing in 2022 at @eleveneleven_boxing. There, I learned more than just how to punch, I learned how to breathe, hold my posture, and focus. It changed my life, helping me with my mental health and insecurities.
In 2024, @ricardo__tiao returned to teach at Flow @chuteboxegc. A friend invited me to try a class and I fell in love with it.
At first, I was scared. My old training didn’t include sparring. But after a few classes, I realised how powerful it is and how amazing it makes me feel.
I’m not learning to be a fighter. I’m learning to protect myself. To build discipline. To be respectful. And most of all, to control my ego.
Being part of this journey thrills me. Grading isn’t just a milestone — it’s proof that I can grow, and I always can do better.
