In 4 months time me and my coach @chuy_personaltraining were able to make great improvements to my hamstrings and glutes.

Yesterday was the first day after the show and we got right back to business.
50 minutes of cardio in the morning.

Huge Shout out to @whitneyjones_ifbbpro @wjc_productions For putting on an amazing show for all of the athletes and the people who came to watch. This is one of the best shows I have ever participated in. Whitney's energy and willingness to run around and make sure everyone was taken care of is unmatched.
I also want to give a shout out to my coach @chuy_personaltraining He has helped me transition my physique so much in a short period of time and I know we will continue to do great things together.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey and continue to believe in me.I thank God for giving me the ability to do what I love!

First, I can’t believe I even made it to this stage!

In just 8 short months, I went from a girl who wasn’t doing much to a girl stepping on an NPC bikini stage for the VERY FIRST TIME!

The adrenaline, the excitement, the nerves… NOTHING could have prepared me! Did I make a complete silly goose out of myself on stage? ABSOLUTELY! I had no idea what I was doing, but man, did I have FUN! Everyone has a first-time story, and mine is definitely one to remember!

But the best part? Looking out and seeing my kids' faces light up. For the first time, I understood the pressure they feel stepping into the arena for jiu-jitsu. And just like I always tell them, you show up, give it your all, and be proud of yourself.

Did I place? Nope! 😂 But those girls brought some incredible conditioning, and I was just happy to be standing up there with them. Because for me, the biggest win was simply making it to that stage!

Almost 40 pounds down, a complete transformation, and a HUGE shoutout to my coach for helping me accomplish something I never imagined possible!

Between being a mom, working, and everything life throws at me, this has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

I had SO much fun with this experience, and I’m honestly so proud of what I was able to accomplish in my first show. The early mornings, the long days, the sacrifices, the mental battles, and all the work that went into getting here were worth it. This prep challenged me in ways I never expected, but it also showed me what I’m capable of.

A HUGE thank you to my coach @jodiekstrom_ifbbpro for believing in me and guiding me through this entire process, and to my posing coach @chuy_personaltraining for helping me get on that stage with confidence. I couldn’t have done this without you both!

And most importantly, to my husband Brad. Thank you for being my biggest supporter, my gym partner, my rock, and the person who has been right beside me through every high and low. You’ve supported me through every early morning, every tough day, every prep mood, and everything in between. I’ll never be able to put into words how much that means to me. We worked for this together, and WE WON THIS TOGETHER. ❤️

MY FIRST PEAK WEEK! 🥹✨

The 2:30 AM wake-ups, endless cardio, less food, mental battles, and balancing motherhood, family, and work have all led to this moment.

I started this journey not knowing what to expect, with so many emotions and doubts. But here I am, finally in PEAK WEEK! ❤️

Looking at the package we're bringing to the stage, I couldn't be prouder. My goal was never about placement. It was to make it on that stage and show my kids that no matter how busy life gets, you can still chase your dreams.

No matter what happens Saturday, I've already won. 🥹

The hard work is done. Now it's time to rest, trust the process, and enjoy this moment. So incredibly blessed to have made it this far. 🤍

Posing practice hit a little different today.
Today was hard. I had to look at myself and see the things I’ve been so afraid everyone else will see—cellulite, stretch marks, imperfect skin, and a body that may not be the most stage-lean body up there.
For a moment, I wanted to hide.
But then I remembered why I started. I’m not stepping on that stage because I’m perfect. I’m stepping on it because I showed up.
For the woman who wanted to do this over 12 years ago. For the mom who wants her kids to see that you can be scared, insecure, and imperfect—and still chase something that matters to you.
So I’m showing up. Flaws and all.
Because when I look at how far I’ve come, that means more to me than looking perfect ever could.
See you on stage. ✨
