October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜 This one is personal. Rooted From Ruins was built during a season of my life where I was literally learning how to rebuild myself. Not perfectly or gracefully. Just one day at a time kind of thing… I know what it feels like to lose pieces of yourself and have to find them again. To be strong because you have no other choice. To keep working, mothering, showing up, smiling… while carrying things people know nothing about. That’s why this work means something different to me. Healing isn’t always pretty. Sometimes it looks like boundaries. Starting over. Choosing yourself. Learning your body is yours again. Finding your voice again. Choosing PEACE And slowly… growing from everything that tried to bury or cause harm upon you. To every survivor, and every person still trying to find their way out…I see you and I believe in you. 💜 You can grow from the ruins and rise. I’m living proof 🌳

🌿 My new website is LIVE! I’ve been working on growing Rooted From Ruins Bodywork and creating something that really reflects me as a massage therapist and the direction I want to take my practice. I offer services at two locations in Upland. 🤎 At Women’s View Medical Center, I’m providing therapeutic massage with a more clinical and targeted approach. Sessions are personalized to the individual and may focus on chronic tension, pain, mobility, headaches & migraines, TMJ/jaw tension, sciatica & hip discomfort, neck & shoulder tension, and overall body maintenance. You can also find me at Holistic Healers Community, where I’m able to bring another side of my work into the practice. 🌿 Along with massage and bodywork, I offer Reiki Massage with Reiki Practitioner Desiree Cascarden—a dual session that brings massage therapy and Reiki together for those looking for a more holistic healing experience. Different approaches, but the same intention behind my work: meeting people where they are and providing care that feels personal to them. My website now has information about my services, locations, FAQs, and direct booking. 🌱 rootedfromruins.com I’m really excited about this next chapter of Rooted From Ruins and everything I’m continuing to build. 🤎

“Letting go doesn’t always mean falling. Sometimes, it’s how we rise.” 💬🖤 A good quote can be a little vitamin for the mind. Read it slowly, sit with it, and return to it. The thoughts we practice can become the thoughts we reach for when life asks us to move differently. 🌊🤍 Letting go isn’t always losing. Sometimes, it’s setting down the weight that kept us from moving upward. What are you ready to release, not because it didn’t matter, but because you do? 🪽🫶 Think of someone learning to loosen their grip on something heavy. Send this to them as a gentle reminder: they aren’t falling. They’re making room to rise. 🧠✨ Now a little memory test: look away and finish the quote… “Letting go doesn’t always mean falling. Sometimes…” 📌🤍 Save this Reel and come back to practice until you know it by heart. Leave just an ⚓️ below for the heaviness you are choosing to let go of today. #depodol #christinemariebryant #like4likecommunity #like4likefam #blacknwhitequotes4u

“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” — Alvin Toffler 💬🧠 A good quote can be a little vitamin for the mind. Read it, return to it, and try to recall it. Some words teach us something new; others invite us to question what we thought we knew. Learning expands us, unlearning frees us, and relearning gives us an opportunity to choose differently. 🔄✨ 🤍🌱 Think of something you once believed but eventually outgrew. Send this to someone who has grown beside you or taught you that changing your mind can be part of becoming wiser. 🧠💭 Now a little memory test: look away and finish the sentence… “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot…” 🫶📌 Save this Reel and come back to practice until you know it by heart. #depodol #christinemariebryant #like4likecommunity #like4likefam #blacknwhitequotes4u

“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” — Zig Ziglar 💬 A good quote can be a little vitamin for the mind. Read it, return to it, and try to recall it. Repetition helps the words stay with us; reflecting on them can give us a new way to think. 🤍 Think of someone who opened a door for you. Send this to them with a little thank-you. 🧠 Now a little memory test: look away and finish the sentence, “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just…” 🫶📌Save this Reel and come back to practice until you know it by heart. #depodol #Like4LikeCommunity #christinemariebryant #blacknwhitequotes4u #Like4Likefam
