Felt like an absolute princess yesterday and I can’t wait to find my dream dress 💓 I am so grateful to have such amazing friends and family by my side. Just missing @briannaa_abreu (Also an amazing fiancée that brought me flowers on my special day)
Last slide is my favorite because Bianca was out there waiting to take a picture of me every time I put on a new dress 😭💓

SEASON 3 BABY!! 🖤🔥

We’re baaaack for ROUND 2 with my Junior 1 BlackOps family alongside Coach Ciara and Coach Ashley — and if last season taught us anything… it’s that this team knows how to make some noise!!

BUT WAIT… it gets even better!!
This season I also have the absolute honor of coaching Champion Athletics’ FIRST EVER Worlds team, ReleNTless, with Coach Mike and Coach Gillian!! Talk about a dream opportunity. This team is powerful, hungry, and ready to turn heads. 🌎✨

The energy this season is DIFFERENT.
The talent is DIFFERENT.
The goals are BIGGER.

One thing about Champion Athletics… we don’t just show up — we SET THE STANDARD. 🖤

To my BlackOps……I’m going to be real with you one last time…

This is our last competition together this season. And before we step on that floor, I need you to hear me.

I know I’ve been hard on you. I know there were days you were tired, frustrated, and probably felt like I was on you nonstop.

But look at you now.

Look at how far you’ve come. Look at what you’ve pushed through. Look at the growth—not just in your skills, but in your confidence, your mindset, and the way you fight for each other.

None of that happened by accident.

Every correction, every rep, every tough conversation… it built this team. It built YOU.

And I wouldn’t change a single second of it.

Today isn’t about being perfect. It’s about trusting the work. Trusting each other. And going out there with nothing held back. Finding all of the details!!

No fear. No doubt. Just confidence in everything you’ve put in to get here.
I am so proud of each and every one of you. It’s been an honor to be your coach this season. You have EARNED THIS MOMENT!!

Now let’s go finish this the way we started—together, strong, and all in.

Let’s make this moment count today!! Show everyone that “BLACKOPS IS WHO THEY WISH TO BE”

Parents THANK YOU for trusting me. Believing in us as coaches, seeing vision with so much support!!

For me personally this season has brought me back to life. As I told BlackOps because of them I have fallen back in love with coaching. You all have been the biggest blessing in my life that words can not describe. Thank you!! As much as they’ve learned from me, I’ve learned way more from them!! This was a dream season, I hate to see close, but we aren’t done yet!! Season 3 is loading.
