WHAT AN INCREDIBLE 8 WEEKS OF RUNNING 🏃 @ciarafitzgerald_ 5KM PROGRAM COMPLETE ✅ 23:54 ➡️ 21:08 Shaving down 2:48 of her overall time IN 8 WEEKS🤯 Ciara simply didn’t miss a session, not even a minute of the program! Clocking up nearly 240km in 8 weeks spread across 4x runs weekly! Mixture of Speed/Easy/Threshold/Progressive Runs & Longs Run! As seen in the graph we progressively built up weekly mileage from weeks 1-6 and week 7 was a taper & prime week, and finishing on week 8 she completed the finishing touches to her taper and was fully prepped for race day! What a block! Ciara followed everything to a tee, setting heart-rate zones and threshold paces and guidance in-between and look at this incredible outcome! Massive congratulations Ciara, you should be very proud! Couldn’t have asked for a better client to work with! Very dedicated and diligent, simply a pleasure!🚀🙌 Happy to have ignited your love for running!🔥 @ciarafitzgerald_ @ignite_fitness #Running #5KM #Program #TrainSmart

We’re currently mid way through our running plans & I’m so excited to see the end results!🏃‍♂️ Start of June we launched: 🏃‍♂️5KM Threshold Program 🏃‍♂️ Beginner Aerobic Program 🏃‍♂️ Hyrox Threshold Program So far we’ve seen massive consistency across all programs which highlights to me, volume is manageable and attainable, which is a very big key with running! Making sure clients can progress week to week injury free and allow adaption to occur! Also, slightly faster paces in their easy work which is showing running efficiency and development! The results will speak for themselves!🔥 Will be launching the next set of programs very shortly! Keep your eyes peeled👀 @ignite_fitness

What a morning running the @vhiwmm with a bunch of amazing women by my side! These ladies are the most supportive & inspiring women I am lucky to call my friends. While I didn’t reach my target of sub 60, I nearly made it! The first race down of the session & my mission to raise much needed funds for @thegavinglynnfoundation Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! Onto the next one!

Can we just have a moment ✋for our amazing Vets 💙😂 These ladies are looking far too fresh after a stunning 2-0 victory on Wednesday evening, against YMCA. Goals were scored by Shirley Harty and Janet O’Beirne, with the term “cracking” being used to describe both goals 😍🤩 This was the second outing this week for the Bray Vets, having played a very strong Bray Ladies 3 team on Monday night (0-0 result)! We love the dedication and smiles, and to see this team get some deserved results 💙 #BrayvePlay #BeBrayve
