FACES OF THE BRISTOL COFFEE FESTIVAL 2026 - WHO IS BEHIND THE SCENES???

Every year my inbox got flooded by volunteers applications, people that want to take part of the Bristol Coffee Festival and support me in building the event on the day. I volunteered myself many times before, so I love to see that I can be on the other side now and not only receive the support, but also the love that is shared by all of them. I have people that keep returning, people that comes from other parts of the UK and even from other countries. I seriously couldn’t be more grateful by the my team of volunteers:
Patricia, Olivia, Jeanette, Amanda, Rosie, Charlie, Lottie, Shangru, Owen, Alice, Kevin, Gabriel, Karen, Ian, Meredith, Sakshi, Ashley, Chloe, Kirsty and Dr Thomas 💙

On my side I have 2 super starts that have been with me for many years now: Lucy and Bonnie. Two super starts that help me to make the festival more efficient and welcoming. And I just never would want to be without them on those 2 days (and in life to be honest).

This year we were joined by Ari in the production and Amelia coordinating the Green Coffee Village to complete our team of wonder women 💪

Our photographer and videographer that are always there to register the event: Ciara, Caroline and Elliot (that is not in the pictures 😎).

I will skip Grace for now, as she will be on my post about the stage programme, despite the fact that she is not only in that part of the festival.

Yes, I’m the one that works most of the time for this event, but without them on my side on those 2 days and quite a few meetings along the year, Bristol Coffee Festival wouldn’t have its essence and I probably wouldn’t be smiling in most of those pictures.

Dreamy evening seeing this gorgeous human ❤️

Took momma bear to see @jvn last night at @stgeorgesbris and they did not disappoint. I laughed so much my face hurt and they positively dazzled with intelligence and grace ✨ if you ever get a chance to see their stand-up, do it!

Then we got to have a cuddle with them and hubby after way too many years ☺️ Joyous times all round!

What a festival, what a city ✨

For ten nights, Bristol Light Festival 2026 transformed the city after dark with spectacular installations, creativity and moments of connection across Bristol.

From the historic illumination of Clifton Suspension Bridge to magical performances, workshops and events, this year’s festival was our most ambitious yet. Together with artists, partners and venues, Bristol came alive with light, culture and experiences.

As we look ahead to 2027, we’d love to hear about your experience.

I performed at @bristololdvic1766 !
At the end of January I had the pleasure to perform in the short play ‘Who Killed Karl Heinrich Ulrichs’ at this incredible venue.

I normally do screen acting, but when @louis_davenport_912 asked me to perform in his play, I decided to say yes to challenge myself to become a better actor.

Louis knows more than anyone that I had doubts in whether l could do this or not. I had never performed in the theatre ever before. I didn’t know if I could perform ten minutes worth of lines without a ‘cut’. I didn’t know if I could perform with all those eyes directly on me instead of focused through a camera.

But I pushed through and I am so happy I did! The audience’s live reactions and feedback was incredible 🥹

Take this as your sign to challenge yourself. Push yourself the extra mile. When you challenge yourself you expand your comfort zone, and suddenly what you once found impossible becomes your new normal.

Thank you to Louis and the amazing cast I worked with 🥰 and thank you to the amazing audience who watched!
