All the hours, training, practice and studies finally paid off!! I’m officially a Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor 🤍💫

Thank you to all the other wonderful women who did the course alongside me as we supported each other through all the new challenges and massive thank you to @pilatesireland for the in-depth course and experience! 🫶

Very grateful to my partner, family and my furry friend for supporting me throughout this whole journey and giving me the space and opportunity to focus on my training and work. And grateful to all the people around me who shared their advice, supported me, pushed me, and helped me along the way.

This certificate is definitely not the end of the journey.
Still training. Still learning. Still practicing. And definitely not stopping anytime soon because being a good Pilates teacher means being a student for life! 🧘‍♀️💫

6 years flown by in the blink of an eye,
Through much growth and adventure,
We experienced them together,
You are the flint sending the sparks into the sky,
Our fire stays alight even in bad weather.❤️
