I was blown away by the chalk art at the Pasadena Chalk festival! I can’t believe I’ve lived in LA for over 2 decades and this was my first time going.

The festival moved to this location for the first time and this asphalt was NOT an easy medium to work with yet the art was 🤯 Tag the artists if you know them!

I was worried there wouldn’t be any chalk left by the time it got to me.
.
This was the best kind of group project. We all contributed AND I got to eat @chickfila. The whole idea was to chalk something that somehow relates to your location, so yeah… Atlanta is home of the original chicken sandwich. And yeah, I ate two while making this video because sometimes you forget to throw the chalk and then you eat the rest of the sandwich before realizing. And sometimes you’re not hungry for dinner because you just ate a LOT of lunch in the driveway. And sometimes you’re not planning on having waffle fries, but then @calliechalks throws one your way (thanks Callie!) and it feels pretty darn magical.
