Check out our fabulous students performing in Central Illinois Ballet’s Giselle this weekend! ✨

This main stage production brings the excitement in Act I and the storytelling in Act II, making it a wonderful production for all!

We hope to see you at the theater to cheer on our students and support the company dancers of CIB. ☺️

Getting everything ready for Friday’s reception from 5 to 7 PM at the Foster Gallery on Perry in Peoria. This is a tree I made for Central Illinois Ballet’s Peter Pan will be using it as part of our community art project. How cool is that? You come to an art show and you get to make art! #arthappening #peoriaart #firstfridayspeoria

Live music, live dancing, live art making that you get to do, and also my art that I’ve worked on for 18 months. Dude you have to come! Here’s a sneak peek at how my show, “More-Than-Human: Inhabiting Our Wild Kinship,” is shaping up. A big thank you to the gallery Director Eugene Mason for all his help. By the way, he has a show going up for next month as well at the Peoria Art Guild so check that out anyway the show will have live music from Wolfgang Vergara and live dance performances from Central Illinois, Ballet and PJ dance Academy. There will be a community our project that you can participate in. And you can even come in costume or just nature inspired clothing. It’s gonna be a lot of fun. Aug 7, 5-8pm. #peoriaarts #arthappening #multimodal

More from my “this is actually what my studio looks like” video as I get ready for my solo show at the Foster art Gallery on Perry in Peoria. The opening reception is August 7, 5to 8 PM. There will be dance performances all evening, live music and a community art project that you can participate in. So much more than just an art opening please feel free to come in costume if you’d like, but I’m encouraging people to wear nature inspired outfits. The dancers will be out mingling in costume as well. So cool. #artstudıo #ecoart #naturalearthpaint
