After a crazy summer, all I wanted to do was be in a room with my people and dance for the sake of dancing. This was our Monday afternoon 🧁

THANK YOU ❤️

✨ WOW. D1U has left us speechless. ✨
To every attendee, from the talent to the kindness to the authenticity, we are beyond in awe. If we told you how D1U started, you’d never believe it... but isn’t that how all the best things begin? 🫶

To the colleges, athletes, and coaches – THANK YOU for trusting us, for believing in the vision, and for giving your all to the dancers. You’ve raised the bar and shown what it means to be not just incredible competitors, but GOOD HUMANS. 💯

To the dancers – the East Coast is the beast coast! We’ve always known it... and now you’ve proven it. Keep pushing, stay in the studio, and remember: the sky isn’t the limit... YOU are.

To our D1U staff and the entire village of Cashney – we couldn’t have done this without you. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. We’re beyond blessed to have the best team by our side.

Here’s to the future of D1U 😜❤️

Nothing like finishing off a choreo weekend with a workshop 🔥 The energy, the growth, the hype squad 🙌🏼
Dance workshops push you past your comfort zone, but somehow it still feels like the most fun you’ve ever had. Grateful for the grind & the good vibes with @lodanceprogram

BACK TO BACK CHAMPIONS! 🥇🎉
Another year making program history and we can hardly express our gratitude! Coming off of last season we knew it would be hard to top our last routine- the routine that earned us our very first national title. With the help of our amazing choreographers, we were able to go a completely different direction, showcasing the depth of our program, and creating something seriously magical. This routine was far more challenging and dynamic than anything the program had taken on before but these girls definitely rose to the occasion! Their determination, their passion, and their heart is what made this moment possible!

It is a privilege to compete at this level amongst so many talented schools, year after year. And to receive this recognition is a true honor. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in this moment and to all who support this program! The Foothill story has been one of perseverance and this chapter is one we will never forget! #FalconPride #BigPimpin 🏆
