Perimenopause 🤝 Menopause

This season looks different than the last time we lost the weight.

The hormones are changing.
The recovery is different.
The energy isn’t always there.
And some days, our bodies don’t respond the way they used to.

But one thing hasn’t changed…

✨ Nutrition.
✨ Movement.
✨ Consistency.

My cousin and I have both walked this journey before—losing over 80 lbs and 60 lbs. And here we are again, not because we failed, but because every season requires a new level of stewardship.

We’re learning to work with our bodies instead of fighting against them.

At this stage of life, it’s no longer about shrinking ourselves. It’s about building strength, protecting our health, preserving our mobility, supporting our hormones, and caring for the temple God entrusted to us.

The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is faithfulness.

One workout.
One healthy meal.
One choice at a time.

To every woman navigating perimenopause or menopause: you’re not behind, you’re not too old, and you’re certainly not finished.

We’re just entering a new chapter. 💛

You don’t quit on something that is valuable… so why would you quit on yourself?

Restart.
Reset.
Refocus.

As many times as it takes—because the woman you’re becoming is worth every single comeback. 💜

You’re not the only one who feels like it’s never enough.
Not the only one carrying it all quietly.

You are not alone.

And you’re doing better than you think.

You don’t realize how much time you’ve wasted waiting…
until you finally stop.

I asked women over 40 what they regret not doing in their 20s, and almost all of them said the same thing:

They waited.

They waited to feel ready.
They waited to feel confident.
They waited for the “right time.”

And now?

They wish they started sooner.

If this hit you, don’t ignore it.
This is your sign.

🎥 10 Extravaganzas Later… Still Saying YES. 💚

They say people will come and go in this business… and it’s true.
But what stays is the growth, the memories, and the people who still stand—despite it all.

These past 3 years haven’t been easy. I’ve had to pause, pivot, and pray through a lot of doubt.
But God kept bringing me back to this.
Not just for the income—but for the impact.

This business has provided not only opportunities and travel—but healing, purpose, and a deeper walk with Jesus. 🙌🏽
I don’t just sell shakes and teas… I help women fight for their lives.
And in the process, God gave me mine back too.

Here’s to saying YES again—louder, stronger, more aligned than ever.

Happy 45th Birthday to my amazing and fabulous cousin, Cindy!

You are so much more than just my cousin—you’re someone I deeply admire. Your independence, your ability to pour love into others without ever losing yourself, and your determination to grow and become better every single day inspire me more than words can say.

Here’s to celebrating you today and always, Cindy! I love you oh so much, and I can’t wait to see what this next year of your incredible journey brings. Cheers to the beautiful, strong, and unstoppable woman you are!

Love always ❤️
