$I have tried to put words to this collection of photos a few times over the last several days. The more that I flip through these, the more amazement and gratitude that I find. A small collection of some of the absolute highest of highs I have experienced in my life. Stories with stories, moments so unbelievable, fractions of seconds that build the totem pole of my life. I cannot help but be taken aback by how grateful, how fortunate and how completely spoiled I have been to get to live these lives. If you would have told the young man I used to be, listening to a cassette tape tutorial on how to blow a goose call, that someday I would have the opportunity to travel the continent chasing critters…… I can only even begin to imagine what the reaction would have been. None of this was a reality to a young man in a small town. None of this life was even a consideration, but yet it became a reality. None of the way that I have been so unbelievably blessed was anything that would have even been remotely considered a good idea even. Some probably say that it still isn’t one. But, beyond many (including my own) wildest beliefs, it has been an astoundingly incredible road to get to walk. Flipping through the several lifetimes worth of memories I have gotten to experience over the last few years has me finding depths of feels that I haven’t taken the time to find in years. Not one often lost for words, I have to say that I am. To say the least thank you. Thank you to each and every person who has been a part of this road, who has helped build it, who has walked it with me, who has fought against me and who has seen me walk it. I am so blessed, so eager to see where it goes and so incredibly proud of the community that I get to call family after this journey.$
