POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
A lot of film festivals and film programs in Toronto claim they want to support the story & the filmmaker, but most just look for commercial appeal & who’s going to make them look good. So I created Leverage Lens to challenge that. Watch the full podcast now on @circleschat YouTube channel. 💜 #Filmmaker #Toronto #FilmIndustry #EmergingFilmmaker #FemaleFilmmaker

I was a guest on the @circleschat podcast a few days ago, where we talked about the state of the movie industry right now and the surge in independent filmmaking, and also touched on my upcoming film, Storytellers. It’ll be coming out in the next couple weeks, so stay tuned. To stay up to date with all updates and get first access to premiere tickets, subscribe to the email list (link in bio). #storytellersfilm #filmmaker #filmmaking #indiefilmmaking #film

When I think about my story this lifetime it still has me in awe at har far I’ve come. The amount of unlearning I’ve had to do to evolve into the best version of myself has been so large, and I know I’m still not even half way there. I’m grateful and wouldn’t have it any other way. For anyone reading this right now and needs to hear, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, you just gotta keep going. You and the light will find each other 🫶🏾 One day I’ll feel inspired to share my whole story. For now, here’s a snippet of my conversation with @healingmanifest #EnjoyTheVibes #djshannynhill #mindfulness

Consistency is the soul of social media success. But in order to be consistent, you have to have the courage to miss shots! The more shots you can miss, the faster you’ll learn and grow. So many people are afraid to look stupid that they never post anything. . One of my favourite quotes is by Andy Warhol, the famous artist, when he says “Don’t think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it’s good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art.” . Shout out to @healingmanifest , @3ampremiere and @keemsbehindthecam for making this amazing podcast video. Here are some of the top things I do to repair my body from my bad habits: 1. Lemon water with a pinch of Celtic salt in the morning to rehydrate. 2. Regular movement. Aim for at least 10,000 steps a day. But movement in general is helpful. 3. Fasting! If I haven’t had a bowel movement yet, I don’t put more food in my body. You should be going to the washroom first thing in the morning. That is when the body is eliminating some of the worst toxins. Get it out before you put anything in. (Lemon water flush helps with that). 4. Eating high quality food as much as possible. Getting my meat from the butcher and not the frozen food aisle. Eating organic fruits and vegetables. 5. Filtering my water through my Santevia with a glass basin. It filters out most contaminants and only costs about $270 after tax. You can find it at most health food stores. 6. Natural and whole food based supplements. Instead of taking garbage multivitamins, I get my micronutrients from superfoods that are packed with nutrients. The only brand I know that maintains the natural enzymes from the food and remains shelf stable is the one you can find on my profile. Check out my Linktree for a $50 gift card on the entire store. If you’re not sure where to start, I’d recommend the Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation. Anyone who tries that one will get a free consultation from me. (60 day money back guarantee) . Thank you to @healingmanifest podcast and @3ampremiere @keemsbehindthecam for this amazing video 🙏
