🪢 AERIAL WORKSHOP ✨
with @roque.bisciotti & @niniagrisito

📅 14 and 15 November
⏰ 15:00–20:00
📍 Circus Diedom, Utrecht
Koningin Wilhelminalaan, 3527 LD

✨ Participants of all levels are welcome, provided they have a basic understanding of aerial acrobatics: climbing, inversions, ‘hip key’ and the basics of balancing.

We’ll adapt the content to suit the group’s level. If necessary, the group may be split into two levels.

We’ll be working with both the rope and the silks on both days.

🪢 With Roque
We’ll explore dynamic movements, balancing acts, tricks and sequences, focusing on technique, efficiency, safety and fluidity. You’ll receive personalised feedback and tools to develop your practice.
The dynamic content can be practised on both the rope and the silks.

🪢 With Ninia
We’ll explore transitions and movement sequences through personal research and creation, developing body awareness in relation to aerial work. We’ll work with repetition, observation and the intelligence of the body in motion, adapting the material to each participant’s level.

💶 PRICE
2 days: €320
1 day: €250

Taking advantage of the venue lighting. We were at Beton-T for Circusrave. The real reason we were there is on the last slide 🎪💥

I don’t remember what was happening here

Found a good spot to stand around

@ a Goodbye party for my best friend

Another cool one

Circusrave delivered. We did some crazy audio synced visuals at @betont.utrecht / @circusdiedom for one of their events. Huge shoutout to @enterwrldrich who is the actual genius responsible for creating all of this. I just helped make it happen behind the scenes.

Ignore my red face okay 🥵😂. Thanks.

But here are a few accessible tricks for beginners*.
Most people will get these trapeze tricks in their first class. ✅
And there are more beginner tricks!

That's the fun thing about trapeze that you already can do stuff without strength, experience or flexibility! Because circus, and in this case trapeze MAKES you flexible and strong instead of needing to be like that from the start.

And the good news is: we still have space in our trapeze classes. 😍

Information for this trapeze class:
Location:
Circus Diedom Utrecht @circusdiedom
Time & day:
Wednesday 19:00: - 20:30:
Level: for all levels. 🩷
Age: 16+
Language: Dutch/English
Teacher: Marleen van der Post @marleenvanderpost

Sign up through the link in the bio, or send Circus Diedom email through: info@diedom.nl

* If you're progress is slower, it's all okay🥰. At Diedom everyone works at their own pace and own level.

𝕋𝕣𝕒𝕡𝕖𝕫𝕖 𝕔𝕝𝕒𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕤 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕒𝕟𝕪𝕓𝕠𝕕𝕪! - no matter what your current 'level' is -

As you might have noticed, I do 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘇𝗲 for quite a while now. And I love it, I love the community feeling even more! 🫂

You got so bored with regular fitness...?(I would be too😅). So, searching for a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 ?
Then I've good news for you!

Cause we still have space in our trapeze classes! Trapeze is a 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 way of moving. At least it boosts my serotonin 🌞. The teacher is the best, so compassionated and talented!

CircusRave was a succes! A collaboration of
@betont.utrecht x @circusdiedom to transform the circusschool into a circusdansclub, making circus accessible to Utrecht's nightlife.
