Never tried Acroyoga before? Come give it a go! 🤸‍♂️✨

Acroyoga is a fun mix of partner acrobatics and yoga, where we work together to balance, move and create flows.

@mandapearsonnz and I are teaching a beginner-friendly class tonight, breaking down the foundations step by step before putting it all together into a Bird-Chair-Whale flow.

No experience needed - just come along, have some fun and try something new 🙌

🕖 7pm tonight

When people ask what keeps bringing me back to acro it's because beneath the play and the laughter is a profound courageous vulnerability of asking another human being (or three) to hold you or to offer that gift to others knowing that it will not be perfect. For me that connection is purest form of trust, friendship and connection 🥰

Plenty of options to play and watch acro in the coming months in New Zealand, which event will you attend? Let us know in the comments 🫰

Note that Circus Sphere is only organizing the weekly class and jams. We are simply sharing the information about other events as a service to our community.

I had heaps of fun practicing these bird to bird icarian throws with @keymmy.tomye. This one was the best one of the day. Lucky we caught it on video 🤣🙌🏼🤗 We failed about 100 times before getting this one. Patience, persistence and constant calibrations helped us figure out the timing and balance! 🤓👌🏻☺️

To my amazing flyers I so appreciate your amazing trust and courage - I feel lucky and blessed to have you in my life - I'm going to miss most of you like crazy when I go traveling next week but hopefully I will learn lots of new skills when I'm away ❤️
