Trampoline Workshop by Hotspot x August Rohde Aass, Thursday 20 of October. August has been doing teeterboard for 8 years along with trampoline as a supporting discipline throughout the same time. He uses the trampoline as a tool to create new material, develop better air control, and sometimes even to have fun. This workshop is open to everyone and focuses on learning how to use the trampoline as a supporting tool. It can be useful for teeterboard, acrobatics, aerials and even tightwire, as well as many other circus disciplines. Better body control and air awareness can benefit almost every aspect of circus. LIMITED SPOTS, send us a DM to secure your spot! WHO: Hotspot members (one free trial) 16-26 Y/O all levels welcome 📅 20 Oktober 🕔 Workshop: 18.00-20.00 📍Rotemannavägen 22 Feel free to share among your community-members and we hope to see you!✨ #arvsfondsprojekt #cirkörjam #cirkorhotspot #cirkör #movementculture

Today I discovered a wonderful circus place here in Rosario 🇦🇷 @emaurosario Perfect to train a bit after the long travel. Still quite jetlagged, balance and endurance were not really my friends today but amazing to train in such a place before performing "Knitting Peace" again with @cirkuscirkor here on the 16th and 17th of October in @teatrobroadwayrosariook #circus #handstand #argentina #rosario
