Baked Parmesan Egg Pasta • This is family favorite on my wife’s Italian side that literally makes it to every single gathering. Here we just updated it with @myhappieats Sport Pasta to up the protein & beneficial fiber to really take it to another level. • The new pasta is really great- featuring 18g of protein & 10g of fiber per serving using a blend of heirloom Italian wheat, lentil, quinoa, & white bean flour. • This recipe has very very few ingredients, so the higher the quality, the more delicious it will turn out. It’s full of protein, steady carbs/fiber & good fats. It’s delicious straight out of the oven or cold of the fridge if you’re a weirdo like me! • Baked Parmesan Macaroni Thing: 👇 1lb @myhappieats sport pasta (half penne, half spaghetti) 12 free range organic eggs 1/2 cup olive oil 1 cup Parmigiana Reggiano cheese Big pinch of salt Black pepper • 1. Preheat oven to 350f 2. Bring pot of water to a boil. 3. Cook pasta to al dente 4. While pasta is cooking- crack and whisk eggs 5. Add evoo, cheese, salt& pepper to egg mix. Whisk. 6. Drain pasta 7. Add evoo to a 9x13 pan 8. Add pasta to egg mixture, incorporate well 9. Put entire mixture into the oiled pan 10. Bake uncovered until golden brown and set, around 40 min. • Try it out and let me know what you think in the comments. Don’t forget to share! • #homecooking #simplefood #simplerecipe #healthyfood #casserole #recipe #recipes #simplerecipes #pasta
