I’ve officially been at MAC Cosmetics for 30 years! 🤯 That’s three decades of blending out harsh lines, surviving the great glitter spills of the early 2000s, and convincing people that yes, Ruby Woo really does look good on everyone.

I started out as a MAC Artist with a brush belt and a dream, and over the years, I worked my way up to become a Field Executive. Turns out, my absolute favorite thing to develop isn’t just a flawless smokey eye, but the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to lead, mentor, and watch shine.

If my math is correct, I’ve spent roughly half my life wearing all black, running through airports, and explaining the difference between a satin and a matte finish. But honestly? I wouldn’t trade a single second of it.

To the amazing clients who trusted me with their faces, to the incredible colleagues who kept me sane (and caffeinated) during holiday rushes, and to the teams I’ve watched grow into absolute superstars—thank you. You are my family. And to MAC, thank you for giving me a career full of creativity, leadership, and endless color.

My feet might be permanently tired, but my heart is so incredibly full. Here’s to 30 years of artistry, developing talent, making magic, and never leaving the house without a perfect lip and a one shoulder🖤💄✨

Well folks, @arubamel80 and I are packing our bags and heading west! I've accepted a Regional Education Trainer role supporting the Denver area Market and am BEYOND excited to start this new chapter with @maccosmetics
