Preseason work. 🏀💪🏾

While everybody waits for the season, Isaac is putting in the work NOW. Building strength, sharpening his game, and learning that the results come from what you do when nobody’s watching.

Every workout. Every rep. Every drop of sweat. It’s all preparation. 💯

I’m in a season where love feels peaceful, family feels like home, and birthdays feel less about proving something and more about being present for everything I prayed for.

Finished off my bday this weekend surrounded by my village! Thank y’all for loving on me truly! My heart is overflowing ❤️‍🔥

Happy 65th Ma!, 🥳 to the woman who gave me life, loved me through every season, and helped shape me into the person I am today. 💙

Mom, thank you for your strength, your wisdom, your sacrifices, and your unconditional love. I pray this new year of your life is filled with good health, endless joy, peace, laughter, and all the love you’ve poured into others returned to you tenfold.

65 looks damn good on you! I love you more than words can say. Happy Birthday, Ma Dukes! 🎉🥂🌹💙

I’ve cried all morning. I’m so so proud of our boy. He gave his life to Christ back in September and IMMEDIATELY wanted to get baptized. We told him to wait to make sure he really meant it, and since then he’s been so persistent and insistent on getting baptized and telling all of his friends about it! You are so loved Levi Michael. God has big plans for you & watching you boldly follow Jesus and share your faith has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I still can’t get over the fact that God chose me to be your mom!

Not everything that hurt you was “meant to be.”
Some things were just painful… and you deserve to honor that without forcing purpose onto it.

Growth doesn’t come from pretending your experiences had a divine reason it comes from choosing how you heal, how you respond, and how you rise.

You don’t need a reason to validate your pain.
But you can choose to create meaning from your healing.
And that choice alone is powerful. 🧡

You matter, always in all ways.
