I know what it feels like to be surrounded by people and still somehow feel alone.

There have been seasons where movement was the thing that brought me back to myself, and community was the thing that reminded me I didn’t have to do everything on my own.

That’s a huge part of why I care so much about creating these spaces.

Yes, we come to move, shake, sweat and get stronger. But my hope is that somewhere in between, you meet someone, feel seen, laugh a little harder, and leave feeling more connected than when you walked in.

That’s the heart behind @ajoystudio_ too. Whether you’re in the room with me or moving from home through the AJOY Studio app, I want it to feel like you have somewhere to come back to.

Come be part of it 🤍

🌸 Blooms & Pilates: this Sunday, 4:30–6 PM
🐶 Pups & Pilates: 9/5 at 9 AM
✨ Revival: 9/12
🌸 Blooms & Pilates: 9/20

And you can move with me anytime inside the AJOY Studio app.

DM me for any of the links to join in. I’d love to have you there ♥️

xx ajoy
