@cjdmar01 is a USA Cycling Level 3 Coach, NICA Accredited and TrainingPeaks Power Certified, and has been a WPA coach for the past three years. He keeps building on that education through USA Cycling and his ongoing work alongside Coach Kyle.

He backs it up on the bike, too: under 7:30 at the Leadville 100 MTB, 1st in Open at the 2026 Robidoux Rendezvous, and 7th in Elite at the 2025 Crusher in the Tushar.

Adam’s Everest ⛰️ 4 miles up Peruvian Gulch road at Snowbird and 7 miles down Big Mountain trail - 11 total times from 4am to 12am

So inspiring to see him do it for @nbcf and in memory of his Mom 🩷 Glad I could capture some of it while supporting!

30k in a day on the mountain bike. It was without a doubt the hardest thing I have ever done. From 4am to Midnight I rode lap after lap Hidden Peak, down the Big Mountain Trail in an effort raise money for the @nbcf . While I am extremely proud of accomplishing the goal, what sits at the forefront of my mind is how grateful I am for my friends who came out to support me. Many tears were shed on that fucking climb, not because of how bad it hurt but because of all the folks who came out to ride a lap, bring me food and water and message me words of encouragement throughout the day. I don't know that I've ever felt so supported. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen and told me I could do it.

Also thank you to anyone who donated to my fundraiser. It means the world to me that you wanted to support an organization that's important to me. If you still want to donate the link in my bio is valid through today. My mom wrote me a book as she was dying of cancer and one the things she returns to over and over again how badly she wanted to be a mom. She didn't get to see that through. Everybody should have a chance at seeing their dreams through and in my eyes early detection of cancer is the best way to prevent these kinds of outcomes.

Good coaches never stop learning.

Today Coach @cjdmar01 performed his first lactate test alongside @coachkyle_wpa , learning how to turn a set of numbers into useful information for our multi-sport athlete @andrewcarr16 and his training.

At White Pine, coach development is athlete development. The better we get at collecting, interpreting, and applying quality data, the better we can understand the athlete in front of us.

For Andrew, that means training built around his physiology, not just a generic set of numbers.

I think I needed this one more than I realized.

A couple nights around a campfire. No cell service. Good friends. 28 miles through the High Uintas and up Kings Peak.

I’m grateful to have a body that can still take me into places like this, and even more grateful for how much better I tend to feel upstairs after a few days away from everything.

Sometimes the best reset is just putting one foot in front of the other for a really long time.
